The person that helped me was super nice knew what she was doing and got me out with my rental in a timely manner without making me feel rushed. Asked if I had any questions. She is a great employee keep her.

I still have not received my final bill. Dropped off Truck and trailer over 24 hours ago. Also, I find it rediculous that I am being charged $5.00 for a hitch adapter on YOUR hitch. I also find the font of this questionaire rediculous.

PERFECTO BMiserable experience. We will never use U-Haul again! The day of our move we arrived to pick the truck up and all of the moving equipment. I paid for and reserved moving equipment in advance. Your company should not advertise that their customers can trust that the truck and equipment you reserve in advance will be there upon the day reserved. Our family was stuck calling companies all over the city looking for the proper moving equipment because your company said they didn’t have everything in stock. This put our move back significantly. U-Haul then suggested I drive one hour out of town on my moving day to pick up the equipment. This experience with your company was horrible and we will never use U-Haul again.

James TWe made reservations for a truck only for them to cancel it then put us back in the system. The truck that we were originally supposed to get they couldn’t find the key so he was given another truck with two different paperwork. T1099F and T5253 F we called to extended for another few hours for the following day, but I believe my mother was charged for two separate trucks with mileage and insurance when we didn’t need insurance because she had her own insurance so it’s just a big mess up and overwhelming situation

Lance Fi wanted a truck with a ramp for moving a large desk, i reserved a 10 footer and when i got there found it did not have a ramp, the exchanged it for one that did and charged a small amount more, they also found a uhaul that had funiture dollies, they do very good work at this location

JULIE GOnline reservation was booked mobile pick up a week prior. The day before the move U-Haul changed location. I arrive at new location and was made aware that it’s not available for a mobile pick up. I was told to go to another location spent an hour just trying to get my reservation.
Ryan CI received a call from the Modesto store saying I was late to drop it off the morning of June 30, 2026 and I needed to return it right away, I was told we had until close of business that day to return it. This caused me to unload the trailer at my house, make a special trip to drop it off and then make numerous trips to my daughter’s house to finish the move. On my rental reservation it says nothing about having it back on the 30 before business hours. Do to the extra trip to Modesto, having to unload the trailer and make numerous trips to my daughters house to complete the move I would like to a credit back on what I was charged please.

stuart lI rented a 26 ft truck ok the guy handed me the key and off I went . when I retuned the guy question were the dolly had to wait 30 mins while he looked it up it never came with one just rude to accused me like that. The only reason I would recommend the price you can’t bet
