Joseph IThe Rental Cargo Truck was full of god hair and the smell of a dog and yet it’s being Rented to the public such as myself that is allergic I was uncomfortable the entire Rental so much out of the (4) hours of my Rental I took the Van back within two hours! Mentioning it to the staff who explained that he was aware of that problem I’m sure it wasn’t his call as he was not the manager, and that most likely the manager of that location knew very well. That truck was full of dog hair and the smell of a dog and therefore she have never been in service for Rental. It is unacceptable to charge a customer to rent in that condition and expect them to actually pay for that type of unsanitary situation. !

BERNADETT MThe floor was extremely dirty and stained my mattress badly. I used it for less time than allocated and went less that 10 miles total and the beginning estimate was $64 and the end result was $80. I even asked if there were any more charges before I left and they said no. It’s one thing if I was quoted $80 but to lie and upcharge me was very unprofessional.

When checking out the van rental, the representative didn't bring the equipment around to the front, walk me through using the van, or help me load the dolly into the van. This would've been very helpful especially on one of the hottest days of the summer. This location was conveniently located to my home and served its purpose for my needs but I likely wouldn't return.

aaron NClean it before you rent it. I got grease all over my mattress and it won't come out. Also your price for such a small trailer is absurd. Will never rent from you again after this experience.

DAVID CI rented a 5'x8' trailer, it was caked with thick landscaping-type dirt inside, although it didn't affect us since we were able to work storage of my furniture piece around it. There were several holes in the side walls, and a bare wire loose near the right rear probably for one of the side marker lights

Nancy CThe online booking system is not good. I reserved my equipment at this location and then it was changed to another location with out any notification or coordination. this caused delay and confusion. plus, it's unacceptable - I booked at a certain location and then was expected to drive an additional 45 minutes round trip to pick-up a trailer that they had plenty of at this location. if it's advertised that you can reserve pick-up and drop-off locations, then don't change them on people! My drop off location was also changed 3 times and required multiple phone calls to get it fixed. it's a shady business practice to change locations on people, especially during their move: I had to call multiple times / people to get it fixed to the closest drop off location.

Michael AThe store didn't open at 9am: I booked 9am to 11am. Book for 9:30am and ask clients to arrive 30mins prior. The milage was incorrect and had to fix it. One tire lost pressure on a 14mile trip. I booked and elect everything online and still the cart I needed was not available. Plus, I have to answer questions I already answered online about insurance. Why spend 10mins answering things online if I'll be asked again in person? Not spending my money on this location and will not recommend to others.
Luis LOK, so it's the 21st Century, not 1957. IT'S TIME TO GIVE US TIRES SO WE CAN GO AT LEAST 65 MPH!!!!!!! It took me 3 1/2 hours to go out the Pennsylvania Turnpike on a trip that normally takes me 2 1/2 hours!!!!!! With my own trailer, that is off the road right now, I run the left lane at 70-75 sometimes 80!!!!!!!
CHARLIE TLower mileage rate. Every time I come in the mileage rate is higher. If you keep increasing the mileage rate, you will force customers to look for others rental truck sources. Like Penske, Ryder, Budget & Enterprise.
