Computer system seemed very slow on Saturday 1/17. There were three very helpful and capable customer service reps, but the "system" being slow built up a line of people waiting.

Jordan was very helpful and informative. The trailer on the other hand was not like the others I rented from other uhuals… It’s missing the rear chain. The ratchet part of the front wheel straps were difficult to operate and would not release… straps and chains were so bound up by the previous renter, I lost time undoing them… when the trailer is hooked up I lost cruise control when I unplugged it came back, never had that happen before so it’s something electrical on the trailer…

GORDON AIn the case of my rental, the windshield wipers needed to be replaced- I made the staff member aware of this and they acknowledged the issue- however the next renter of the vehicle was present to take use of the car- windshield wiper blades likely not replaced for that person and unclear if anyone would ultimately take responsibility for that maintenance issue which was problematic during a snow storm. Van otherwise was perfect

TIMOTHY OCustomer service was great, shoutout the guy behind the counter he wiped the snow off the truck and helped me get it going in the snow.
Jakob HEmployee “Henry” as well as the female on duty had horrible language and Henry in particular was rude on the phone prior to my arrival and arguing with another customer when I arrived for pick up. Very disrespectful as well was them bashing the customer after he left. The van had 2 dashboard lights that didn’t turn off as well as stunk like a chain smoker. I had rented from this location in the past and had a wonderful experience. Sadly, cannot say the same for this one.

charles bThe agent who assisted me at pickup provided excellent service, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience at return was unacceptable. When I notified the return agent that I was at the location, he acknowledged me but then closed out my rental agreement without informing me. He checked the vehicle’s mileage and then spent about 10 –15 minutes in the truck using his cell phone for personal matters while I waited and watched through the window. After he returned, I asked to switch the payment card for the return; he had to ask a colleague how to process a refund, and that’s when I discovered my invoice had already been closed. Additionally, the return agent appeared unkempt (dirty fingernails and disheveled appearance), which added to my concern about the professionalism of the interaction. This agent needs coaching in interacting with the public so as not to have matters like this included in a survey.

EVERTON GThe loading ramp hook up was slightly bent and rusted. This made attaching the ramp to the truck very hard. It took 2-men five try’s at securing the ramp to the truck. One person or two women would have never been able to secure the ramp. This was a pain in the ass to do!!!!!!!
curt sIt was an expensive move for our veterans that I had to house. I got enough furniture to have six of them and then add a large price for your equipment which took away from our veterans.
