Gas gauge reading did not match the contract sheet given me. Had to go back inside to inform them & show them the truck gauge. They applied a small credit on final bill for my troubles.

a dozen cameras on the lot cover ONLY U-haul assets while the customer parking in the secluded rear of the building has ZERO cameras. you might as well just say "we care about our stuff, but not yours".

The trailer door was difficult to slide up and down. Upon arriving at our destination, a few items shifted up against the inside of the door, jamming it shut. I had to aggresively slam on the brakes multiple times to shift the cargo off the inside of the door allowing me to eventually get the door up. A drop-down ramp or double-opening door would be much easier to work with.

I had a great experience! When I arrived to the store I was a little confused at first of how to get the truck I needed to drive. rented a 10' box truck. it drove like a truck, felt every bump empty and loaded. please improve suspension system. milage charge was a surprise for non-commercial usage. overall very pleased with the service, will use again, and recommend your services.
