Low staffed

BONNIE HThe location called me a half hour before the rental to ask me if I could pickup up my truck at a later time in the day. When I mentioned the $50 guarantee, they suddenly had an attitude and said fine, show up at the original time to collect my guarantee. They called back 10 minutes later and again, with attitude said they had made a bunch of calls and would now have a truck ready. The truck was clean, but it was obvious it has an engine coolant leak because it smelled heavily of antifreeze when running. The truck's check engine light also came on while using and they said it was okay - it is just the emissions / catalytic converter and they would just reset the code. It is disappointing that they aren't taking our air quality seriously and addressing the emissions issues on the truck.
DAVID MCheck in was easy. They verified I had the right equipment for the haul and helped me get everything hooked up.
BRENT MWilliam Coleman is a great asset for this location. I've been renting trailers for my business at this location for many years and William is among the best people I've ever worked with there. He is on top of every detail and so quick. He's a great representative of your company!
SCOTT HTeaspoon employees at attaching car transport chains. When I returned my trailer in New Mexico, the chain was not attached properly. The employee who received the trailer said that the chain was providing no security at all and that the only things holding my car on the trailer were the tire straps.

OSCAR UI have always liked this branch! They were busy, but extremely polite. Special shout out to the Salt Lake City U-Haul. Our apartment was in a sketchy neighborhood! We called them to ask if we could park overnight and Alaska told us it was fine. We parked in the area where vehicles awaiting servicing were stored. The truck was okay. Also shoutout to Elite Quality Services. Marcus and Nequarion (a.k.a. "Q") were superheroes! They got most of the stuff done in four hours. They were fast and careful with the breakable. They moved heavy items with aplomb and alacrity! They were mindful of the time, especially past the halfway point. We would happily use them again! Getting the truck back was also a breeze. The staff had a few check-ins before we got there, but they were able to get us checked in and done with a quickness! For everyone who helped us with this move, I personally felt they're energy and kindness saying, "We got this!" Thanks again to U-Haul and their partner, Elite Quality Services. This was my third time using Murray U-Haul. I hope to call on them in the future!
GORDON KThe manager was rude and condescending to me the entire time. I reserved a spot online, and was told it will be $47, than I got there to pick it up and was told it's actually going to be $97. Then I dropped off after hours and they gave me absolutely ZERO instruction or help as to where I should park it or what I needed to do to drop off. I had to look it up for myself and another customer in the lot who also had no clue what to do. It was horrible customer service from the manager, shady fees hidden once I couldn't back out, and I would honestly rather die than ever rent from you guys again. Horrible experience.

SARAH GI’ve had many positive experiences renting from this location, today was not one of those. The wrong truck was reserved, they found me a new one, but I found out the hard way that the truck rented was not the length quoted (and confirmed 2x) , so I drove up to Park city to pick up 100 lengths of cedar plank that wouldn't fit in the truck. Essentially, I spent $130 for a rental just to drive up and down the canyon for nothing. It was also pretty annoying to get in the truck and only have 47 miles till empty.

BONNIE HIncompetent employees, horrible customer service, manager has an attitude, misspelled my name on the contract, lied about the ability of my boyfriend being able to drive the vehicle and lied about being able to change drop off location if needed. Incompetent, careless, negligence, safety risks.

ABVRAM MI would never book a rental online at a location where they are closed for pickup. I wasn’t able to get the app to work so I wasn’t able to get the key. Spent 40 mins on the phone trying. They couldn’t help me. Had to drive to another location that was 20 mins away. When I turned the vehicle over I was charged extra miles which I wasn’t expecting to be driving from that location so it was more miles and I had to pay more. I wasn’t happy with my experience at all.
JENNIFER OThe guys at uhal where really busy but friendly and very professional, I thought I was going to be there for a while but these guys are fast reliable and professional I was out of there within a half hour with my rental. Five star for these guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When I returned my rental it was the same very friendly employees did what they had to do always professional emailed me my receipt and I was on my way within a few min, awesome!!!!
RAFAEL Rwhen I dropped it off the guy was very nice and quick I didn't have to wait around in the heat .and they were super bizzy at the time on top of it so I will be recommending them to everyone I know thank you .it was the best one yet
CHERI ADrop off went very quick and easy. They handled the credit for the dolly and blankets that the pick up location didn’t have available at time of pick up.

PAUL BThe employees at this location are great. The equipment was clean, and the process of renting a van was easy. My only complaint is that the space was way too small for the number of vans, trailers, and trucks this store deals with. It wasn't easy to navigate the tiny driveway; it was just packed with equipment. Overall, though, highly recommend, and thanks!
ANNE MThe fuel gage is not very sensitive. We were told to fill up to 1/4 of a tank. We ended up spending over $9 on fuel to recompensat 12 miles and the gage barely moved and never pass the quarter mark. Also every when I started the truck it automatically switch back to a different mode that burns more gasoline.

TIMOTHY NOther than the “system was down” nothing to do with the location but come on U-HAUL, system down? It wasn’t down enough to run payment and attempt to charge a late fee?
MICHAEL WThe unit was swept out and appeared clean but when I was removing my items the were covered in a grey/black dust/dirt that has been difficult to remove.

Felix VI have called in and stated my complaints. It wasn’t particularly with my drop off location, but my pick up location was not handicap accessible. I was lied to about a free month of storage and I had to stand in line for over an hour. I was told it would be fixed When I dropped off the truck. I called yesterday when I dropped it off and all I got was a gentleman putting in a grievance report. I’m not even sure what that does.
