The unit was swept out and appeared clean but when I was removing my items the were covered in a grey/black dust/dirt that has been difficult to remove.

Felix VI have called in and stated my complaints. It wasn’t particularly with my drop off location, but my pick up location was not handicap accessible. I was lied to about a free month of storage and I had to stand in line for over an hour. I was told it would be fixed When I dropped off the truck. I called yesterday when I dropped it off and all I got was a gentleman putting in a grievance report. I’m not even sure what that does.

Joel RDon't have me drive 90 minutes to and from so that I can get a truck that supposedly only your location has. Just to tell me they didn't get it ready. Not even that it wasn't there but it just wasn't ready... then when I call to seek solution an agent yells back at me when I'm describing my frustrations
SIR KIt was very busy, and the workers were overwhelmed. I was doing a mobile check-in, but that still required going in to get the key and the furniture pads, so it didn't seem like there was much reason for the mobile check-in.
MELANIE MDid not receive instruction on how to secure the tires on the trailer, we rented. This we had to figure out our self's. Please be more professional.

DOUGLAS FGuarantee the things you sell at inflated prices! We bought a set of ratchet straps for $20, which one of them BROKE, and became UNUSABLE!!! We already had to go to Harbor Freight for a $12 set to get the motorcycle home. We were told if the box was opened, no refund, no matter what! It'll be a cold day in hell when I purchase another thing from you!
HEATHER HThe truck was dirty and I spent hours try to jump the battery while the crew was waiting to unload the truck. Consequently, the job was delayed and I was charge another day for rent which was completely unfair. Terrible experience!
