The trucks were just sitting there and no one to help me. One of them had a key lock but were not set
GUZMAN BI paid for a 15 ft truck more than a week before my move. At this time the truck was available. The day of the move I went to pick up the truck there was no truck available. I had already blocked my movers half way when after 20 minutes I was directed to another Uhaul location to pick up the truck. It was way further away and I occurred more mileage, I was late bringing the truck to the mover appointment and spent more gas. At the end I was not reimbursed $50 for not finding the truck ready to go. I contacted Uhaul but haven’t yet received a response. This is a lacking service and the many times I used Uhaul it’s the first time I did not find my truck at the location I booked. I am definitely not happy with the service I received at the booked location. I also wasn’t advised via txt nor phone call that there was no truck available for my booking. So I am waiting to get a reimbursement for this matter before I put a bad review on your website.

OSCAR V5 out of 10 invoices are wrong. They always overcharge me. One of the truck is infested with roaches, I been letting them know for over 6 months, they still didn't do anything about it
YASMANI BI was told when I arrived at 8am that my 7am reservation was cancelled because I was more than 30 mins late and the trailer was already rented. We have rented from U-haul numerous times and have always been told that we can pick it up any time. Thankfully another trailer was available, but if this is U-hauls policy it has to change, and if this is only a single location doing this then they need educated. Moving is too unpredictable for something like this and a reservation is to make sure it is there when you get there. Otherwise this location was great.
Steven WRemember customers are paying customers and humans & if you’re not up for the job you don’t have to be so vulgar and rude and not expect a response back this location has gotten way too comfortable with disrespecting folks and lying , scheming as if that’s what they’re were trained to do on the clock extremely out of line and i don’t regret checking nonsense treat people how you you’d like to be treated

MICHAEL MStaff were ok, could be a little more engaged with the customer. and give clearer directions but the pick up was good. The Trailer smelled like it had had farm material in it, but it was a good trailer.
Perry LMy experience here was exceptional. The store rep was knowledgeable, detailed and efficient. After a very poor experience renting a van at another location where I was charged fees that we never expressed or explained, the experience at this location was totally different. Please share my appreciation with the management.

SIPRIANO TThe van needed maintenance which should be considered prior to renting out. Tire mechanic system and engine light were both registering on the dashboard when vehicle was checked out. Thankfully it did not breakdown and cause a delay in my rental for the day.
LATONIA SWhen I arrived on 01/21/2025 around 11:14 am I met with an employee by the name of Keyuna. Keyuna was very unprofessional her communication skills and her approach were not welcoming. This is a customer Service position where keyuna should be treated each customers with respect her tone of voice was very arrogant. Even when I came back the next morning to drop the truck Keyuna had the same behavior. After I park the car Keyuna left as she gave her coworker the truck key and left me standing wondering when I proceed to ask her coworker if everything was fine she replied "I was done, and I can leave if I want" What makes it worst at this location it seems like keyuna is the first Representative people will meet when entering the building which Keyuna is very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPPROACHABLE, LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS, & LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

VENEL ATo begin with (although this may not have been this location’s fault), I made a reservation one month before my pick-up date. Two days before my pick-up date, I received a call that the north miami beach location where I made the reservation did not have the pickup truck, so they switched me to North Miami. When I arrived, I was told no pickup truck was available. No one from North Miami called me in advance to tell me, and I got the impression this has happened on multiple occasions. As a result, I had no choice but to take a 15’ cargo truck, which I really did not want. The people at the store in the morning were nice enough, although I had to wait about 10 minutes for service. The afternoon person was not as nice, but grumpily told me I should be charged for not re-folding the protective matts I rented (no one told me that), although I was ultimately not charged (after I offered to fold them myself). Additionally, the AC quit on me towards the end of my rental. Afternoon lady did not offer an apology when I told her. Next time I will try Ryder first; U-Haul corporate needs to get its act together.
David LThey force you to pay $25 dollars for insurance when you have the option not to have it in the first place. The van was dirty inside the back where my belongings were. I cleaned the cup holder as well which had a beer bottle top in it. This was the worst uhaul location I've ever went to.
Deja SHire more staff and maybe pay them better so they care about their jobs. You walk into the store with absolutely no one in site and can wait up to ten minutes for someone to appear. Then no one is helpful at all. The other customers kept saying “I can just walk out with this stuff I want to purchase since there is not one worker in the store,” this occurred everytime I went and I went many times to the store to either buy boxes, tape and rent a truck and van multiple times. And sometimes there would actually be multiple employees sitting at the counter that would not help you cause they’d say “im not clocked in.” Overall it was bad experience and I have no plans to rent a U-Haul next time. Not only was the store terribly but I feel as if I got ripped off and might as well have just paid movers.

Malcolm HThe employees were very personable so that was good. The vehicle wasnt very clean and the brakes didn't feel very responsive. The van got me from point A to point B again and again with no problems though so I can't be too upset
SEAN SThe staff was speaking, Creole. They didn’t show professionalism. No type of customer service skills very disorganized. People are just standing around as a handicap individual. It is hard for me to stand in line and wait on the staff after they chitchatted with their friends and help people from their culture overlooking others that are standing there waiting to be served. When they gave us the truck it was dirty.

PATRICIA GI had issues with my reservation and since I didn’t pick up my truck and car tow on the same date I was charged a higher rate , the uhaul customer service agent Tonia was not helpful with this situation.
OPAL HWhere to begin? Despite having a reservation, I received a phone call from U-Haul rerouting me to a location farther away, adding inconvenience before I even arrived. The customer service was, at best, glacial, at worst passive-aggressive and bordered on outright rude—though unfortunately not surprising for Miami. The car itself was another disappointment: the driver-side visor was broken, and a low tire pressure warning light was on, delaying my trip further. Adding to the frustration, U-Haul expects its customers to photograph the vehicle themselves, ostensibly to save on human labor. The process is cumbersome and places the onus entirely on the individual, further dragging out the experience. Before leaving the lot, I’d been warned that arriving after my reservation would trigger additional charges, but between poor customer service and navigating their clunky app to photograph the car, I couldn’t leave for 45 minutes. Things only got worse upon returning the vehicle. An embarrassing incident unfolded when my payment initially failed. The lot attendant, seemingly indifferent, took his time assisting me until I called an Uber. Then, he abruptly yelled that my payment hadn’t gone through and spent five minutes arguing with me—half of which I was already in the Uber—before attempting the payment again, which processed without issue. Overall, the service was sluggish until there was a problem, at which point it turned outright hostile. It’s clear that management at this location has little regard for their customers or their own operations. A disappointing experience all around.

Pablo CPoor service the guy who receives the return equipment is a good for nothing. I have made some complaints about him and he still there. I return my equipment and he received it but didn't reported it and they changed me twice because of him. Another day I returned the pickup truck and he says the car was dirty and if I don't give him 20 dollars he will charge me 40 on my card for cleaning..

Norbert GThey gave me a damaged vehicle but never said a word about it. It wasn't until I did my walkaround inspection before taking the truck that I realized it was damaged. Manager "Jean" refused to speak to me about it and told the desk rep to tell me it was all they had. And that was after the Rep knocked on his office door for several minutes before he yelled out, "What?"!!!! The truck's mirror didn't work, and the transmission slipped in and out of gear. This is my second and my LAST time renting at this location at Uhaul at all!!! Last time I rented, they didn't have the vehicle I reserved!!! WORST Location ever!!!
