Better customer service at check-in needed--clerk should be better-trained. Policy of showing how full the gas tank is instead of just renting the truck with a full tank of gas is unfair as it's almost impossible to fill the truck to the line indicated on the contract.

I was charged $15 for cleaning the truck which was already clean. It's just an excuse to pad my invoice. I've always returned my vehicles clean and have been renting for sometime. I expect a refund.

Uhaul needs to hire more people to work at this location. Only two people were working and there were a dozen people waiting. It took me an hour to get the truck even though I had advanced reserved.

The equipment was NOT delivered on the day promised. I had to reschedule the next day and corporate noted my account with a $50 credit. Upon return of the equipment, the $50 was NOT applied. I called and spoke to Nicole at the location who told me she did credit the $50 to my account. Within one hour, a Melissa called and told me there would NOT be a credit and I did NOT qualify??? I called corporate again and was told the $50 credit had been APPROVED? What's going on? The customer service at the location is NON EXISTENT. You cannot complain because the employees are said to be related to the Manager?!? The ONLY person who could help me and not be a liar was JEAN. i cannot refer or think of what will happen to anyone who goes to this Uhaul. There is too much time lost in complaint calls and no service. PLUS the manager admits she wears PAJAMAS to work, what's up with that?????

The staff was incredibly friendly and everyone was very professional. My only gripe would be with your polices as far as pricing. I don't understand how a rental that was picked up at 10am and returned at 6pm constitutes a 2 day rental. For that reason I was charged for 2 days and a double insurance fee. Extremely disappointed with shady pricing model. Will probably avoid renting from Uhaul in the future.

The gentleman in the office work so well, I even think he was the owner of the Uhaul location. I would definitely hire someone like that to work for my company. His customer service was absolutely amazing. I would give a 5-star for customer-service. The chunky gentleman outside he did an awesome job at his customer service at well.

i wont use uhaul again they were disrecpectful and delayed me at the office for more than 2 hours. I had to call customer service for them to send a manager, worst experience i have had even them knowing that i was alone with a kid. awful.

We have rented at this location before....we now met the new Manager, Nicole....she was very helpful and professional to get us checked in and out the door with our truck rental...keep up the good work...P.S. we need to rent again this Friday!

Very rude employees. This is the location I always have gone to. The staff prior always gave supreme service and I have a long history with this branch. Felt I was bothering employees. I do not plan on using this store any longer will be searching for other stores or competitors. What a disappointment

DEPLORABLE IN EVERY ASPECT. DIRTY VEHICLE FOR THE PAST THREE RENTAL ARGUMENTIVE CLERK... DAMGES NOT PROPERLY LABEL WANTING TO CHARGE FOR CLEANING WHEREAS PHOTO PROOF PREVENTED THE CHARGE....LAST TIME AT THAT LOCATION....WILL GO TO BUDGET OR ENTERPRISE FOR RENTAL.

I made my reservation on Thursday I even put my debit card number to comfirm the reservation I receive I received in email on Friday Morning confirming the reservation for the location at 9 am on Saturday Monday while i was on my way to pick up the truck I 820 I received a call from the manager Staten they don’t have the truck available that I had to go to the location on 36st which is 20 miles away from my home she stated that she had the 15’ available at her location as I arrived to the same location that I made the reservation for the 17’ truck I ask to speak to the manager the associate told me she was busy she give me Cindy Omer service number to call regarding the issue that I was having I was on the phone for over 30 minutes the manager didn’t bond out until I ask for her again until 920 am mind you I was there since 840 am the problem didn’t get resolved the worst customer service I ever received although theirs a policie for them to reach out to the customer the day before if the equipment is not available to advice them they will give them $50 for their inconvenience I mentioned it to her to ignore me she told me after 5 minuets of me asking her again and showing my email she told me it’s rese failt I didn’t even get in apology 128 st NW 7 th Avenue location is the worst

The attitude and professionalism that I was accustomed too has diminished. The service is deplorable whereas if the young lady was rendering a service in the jungle of some kind. This is the second time in about three weeks.
