FRANK PHonestly, I really don't know. Everytime I come in there its like running into friends or family. This is hands down my favorite UHaul store.
John POther than waiting for counter for 6 people in front of us, the 2 guys working the desk were extremely efficient & wait time amounted to about 10 mins. Very doable!

Michael LI pulled up as one employee was receiving his delivered meal (np they gotta eat). Two other employees were having an extended conference ahead of me in the return drive. Npbody even acknowledaged me to say "be there in a minute." Finally the truck pulled away and I pulled up. The guy didn't even greet me, just started inspecting the trailer. Would have been so easy to have made it a more pleasant transaction.

GENEVIEVE CProviding locks - no one informed me that the U-Haul Pods needed to be locked (maybe it was in the fine print ?) I had to run to Lowe’s and buy some the day of and show up to the facility to lock it. Other than this, everything was perfect. Some of my furniture was damaged - I’m not sure if this is my fault for the packing ? But I hired movers. If there is a process to engage this that would be good to know.
Eledy VMuch farther location than I anticipated. It took me two hours to pick up the trailer and return home…I passed at least one U-Haul dealer on the way.

FERNANDO HEveryone was nice. We had a small issue with the online check in. It could have been on our end. The drop-off was a little tight because there were several customers dropping off at the same time and these are large trucks. We have rented from this location before and will again when the situation arises.
Henry KThe Good: There was only one gentleman working the counter so there was a backlog of people waiting (not his fault, his co-worker failed to show up on time). The man that was there was amazing. Great attitude and incredibly helpful. For this reason, I would recommend this location. The Bad: The main part of the trailer was clean but the rolling door had black grime that created lines on our newly purchase light brown leather couch. Devastating to say the least. This is the reason for 3 stars.

KENNETH WGas tank had less than 1/4 tank so immediately had to get fuel for the van. Van was very dirty on the exterior.

JULIEN RPractically effortless on my part to check in, pick up and deliver the vehicle. Used very little gas for a sixty-mile round trip. Desk clerk was professional and friendly. Call center agent was extremely kind and courteous. Overall 5 stars!!!

PAUL Bno furniture movers to rent even though they were reserved. Had to buy two because they only had them for sale. Kind of a scam if you ask me.
NEAL RFast quick and easy! As soon as I pulled in I was greeted and taken care of right after the customer in front of me. Had me check in and done in what felt like seconds! Have been using this location for YEARS and will continue to keep using this location.
JAMES MWhen I arrived at this particular Scottsdale location, they were very busy so I decided to download the U-Haul app and reserve a vehicle. Within minutes, I had the vehicle that I wanted reserved and I was able to skip the line and grab the keys and take a few photos of the vehicle and be on my way. Upon return, I dropped off the keys to the return box and it was as simple as that. Very pleased with my experience.
JUSTIN BEverything about this location was great. U-Haul as a whole needs to fix their pickup options. It’s really frustrating when you need an appliance dolly for moving and book it on the app just for them to say they don’t have any when you get there. It wastes people’s time which is extremely frustrating and it should be fixed.

ESTRAA CThe dealer checked all lights when I picked the trailer up, but during the trip I had intermittent failures of the signal lights, and brake lights, changing symptoms from left to right. Upon return I told the dealer about it and they did a check and found a broken ground pin on the cable connector.
