BERNHARD KI was able to get a van on the same day, on the last Saturday of the month. Both gentlemen working were extremely helpful and kind to me. I was so frazzled from trying to get everything out of my apartment that I do not remember their names, but I will always remember their faces and how they made me feel. They made me feel welcome and that I would successfully be able to complete my move, despite it being the last day of my lease. They were very kind, professional, and helpful with setting me up with the van and the boxes I needed. I highly recommend this location and am so happy I chose them for my move.

kenneth hApp did not work during return. Now I need to make a dispute for the fuel charge as the location claimed it was returned with less than what I got it with. (Returned at 3/8 just how I picked it up, they claimed it was with a 1/4 and I have a picture to support they're lying). Truck needs an alignment, has a strong smell of coolant while running, and makes a loud noise from the power steering when making full turns left or right. Only good thing was that the truck was clean inside.
Artur KThe manager of this location helped me out so much when I had problems with my storage unit and then my lock in my storage unit. He was amazing. Everyone at this location was so great to me the entire day from start to finish. I highly recommend this location! The trucks and vans they have are always clean and exactly what I need for my moves. They have the best moving supplies, too. Everything is reasonably priced and helpful for every move.

VLADIMIR CI reserved a 4x7 utility trailer through the U-Haul mobile app. The price was $14.95. When I arrived, the staff told me that it was not available. Instead, they recommended a 5x8 enclosed trailer, which cost $24.95. At that moment, I had no choice but to rent it, even though it was more expensive and not what I wanted.

MATTHEW HFire the manager Jessie. He is rude and unprofessional. Since he took over in June/July 2026 the service he has provided is unprofessional, and rude. He messed up my reservations in June. Honestly I fear for retaliation of my personal belongings, and my personal safety. I had a previous communication with Heather but his attitude towards me never changed.. Prior to him taking over this was a nice kind place to rent from. He charged my account on a credit card that was stolen. How was that possible? In addition to his rudeness I had an issue with ants and mice. Also my rates increased. They had a guy spray chemicals that absorbed into my belongings. Ruined. He said it wasn't a wet chemical. When I moved out there were feces on my personal belongings. This unit advertised that there was lightening which there was a light but it didn't work. I asked for it to be fixed and never was. I get a very uneasy uncomfortable feeling when I have to deal with Jessie. I asked Mike if I could close out my account with him when I spoke to him on Monday. I asked specifically when he would be in. He told me he would be in after 1p.m. on Wednesday. I asked him what I needed to do. He told me to take a picture of the empty storage unit. He said I could check out with him on Wednesday I received a phone call from a female employee at 2.p.m. asking me what the situation was if I was moving out. I said yes . She wanted to know my plans. I asked if there was a problem and that I would be up there soon. I asked if Jessie told her to call. I asked if Mike would be there. She told me both would be there. I don't understand why Jessie had this female employee call me to know my exact plans of when I would be there to close my account. When I arrived. Jessie was not there. I was relieved. When Mike helped me he paused and said Jessie would have to close the account on 1/29/2026. I asked why couldn't he do it. He implied that there was something on my account he needed to change. He told me I wouldn't be charged and made a comment in the notes.I turned in the remote and card. Why is Jessie putting flags on my account? Mike should have been able to close my account himself but said Jessie had to send a receipt via email.Jessie is prolonging and stalling and being difficult. It is harassment. For the record Mike, Heather, and every customer service representative that I have spoken with has been helpful and kind. The same can't be said about Jessie. It is a scary, uneasy, and threatening feeling when I have to deal with Jessie. There is something not right about this employee. I shouldn't have to worry about my safety. This is why I will no longer use U-Haul any longer. I felt like I was being scrutinized and harassed.
