Fire the manager Jessie. He is rude and unprofessional. Since he took over in June/July 2026 the service he has provided is unprofessional, and rude. He messed up my reservations in June. Honestly I fear for retaliation of my personal belongings, and my personal safety. I had a previous communication with Heather but his attitude towards me never changed.. Prior to him taking over this was a nice kind place to rent from. He charged my account on a credit card that was stolen. How was that possible? In addition to his rudeness I had an issue with ants and mice. Also my rates increased. They had a guy spray chemicals that absorbed into my belongings. Ruined. He said it wasn't a wet chemical. When I moved out there were feces on my personal belongings. This unit advertised that there was lightening which there was a light but it didn't work. I asked for it to be fixed and never was. I get a very uneasy uncomfortable feeling when I have to deal with Jessie. I asked Mike if I could close out my account with him when I spoke to him on Monday. I asked specifically when he would be in. He told me he would be in after 1p.m. on Wednesday. I asked him what I needed to do. He told me to take a picture of the empty storage unit. He said I could check out with him on Wednesday I received a phone call from a female employee at 2.p.m. asking me what the situation was if I was moving out. I said yes . She wanted to know my plans. I asked if there was a problem and that I would be up there soon. I asked if Jessie told her to call. I asked if Mike would be there. She told me both would be there. I don't understand why Jessie had this female employee call me to know my exact plans of when I would be there to close my account. When I arrived. Jessie was not there. I was relieved. When Mike helped me he paused and said Jessie would have to close the account on 1/29/2026. I asked why couldn't he do it. He implied that there was something on my account he needed to change. He told me I wouldn't be charged and made a comment in the notes.I turned in the remote and card. Why is Jessie putting flags on my account? Mike should have been able to close my account himself but said Jessie had to send a receipt via email.Jessie is prolonging and stalling and being difficult. It is harassment. For the record Mike, Heather, and every customer service representative that I have spoken with has been helpful and kind. The same can't be said about Jessie. It is a scary, uneasy, and threatening feeling when I have to deal with Jessie. There is something not right about this employee. I shouldn't have to worry about my safety. This is why I will no longer use U-Haul any longer. I felt like I was being scrutinized and harassed.
CHRISTINE GI rented a cargo van. And it was very clean. Rode very well. And everyone I worked with was very respectful and knowledgeable.

ANKIT SNormally, this location is superb. We often pick up our vehicles at 5:30AM via the app and the lock boxes. However, yesterday, December 16, 2025, the wrong truck key was in the lockbox we had access to. The truck was unfortunately blocked in, with no way to get it out. We had to try the chat assistant and eventually had to call. The man who was on the phone with us for roughly 30 minutes was absolutely AMAZING. And luckily, there was a truck in a different lock box we were able to get. He even informed us there may not have been though. Had there not been, our entire trip and event would have had to be cancelled... However, due to the trucks being in the back, and keys in the front of the building it also took numerous trips of running between the two locations to tell the numbers on passenger side rear to the phone assistant. The overall process caused us a delay of over an hour from additional traffic building, for our clients who we needed the truck for. Although we reserved the truck for 4 hours, luckily, the whole duration of time rented could have been cut to 2.5 hours without the additional 30 minutes from 5:30-6AM CST.

They've helped me pick the correct size truck for my needs at times, been able to adjust my reservation when needed, helped me with a storage unit, and recently even had my van warmed up for me when I picked it up. I really enjoy working with this location!

DAVID HNo inventory issue, I was a walk in and they easily have a box truck with a ramp which is what I needed. Delivery would have been $200, my rental cost was $40 so I saved $160 and was able to easily pickup and drop off by myself .

OSMAN Awhen trying to rent truck the guy didn't know how to get my Hawaii ID scanned properly so I couldn't rent the truck, had to have a family member do it. Truck smelled of marijuana and was run down. went to adjust headlight dial and it fell completely into the console/dashboard and was inaccessible the entire rental. wasn't secured properly.
