OSMAN Awhen trying to rent truck the guy didn't know how to get my Hawaii ID scanned properly so I couldn't rent the truck, had to have a family member do it. Truck smelled of marijuana and was run down. went to adjust headlight dial and it fell completely into the console/dashboard and was inaccessible the entire rental. wasn't secured properly.

BRIAN AThe staff at the rental location were very nice & efficient on the day I rented the moving truck. They were excellent. The locker facility at this location is remote from the actual locker rental location, which is a self-serve facility. It is not having a convenient design. Very limited room in the drive-in access area in front and even less in the rear area. I had a 20ft. truck with a pull-out ramp, which was a tight fit in the available space. I chose a weekday after looking over the location prior to my move in. There were only two other vehicles at the time I was there, however the wait would be very long if they had to unload a truck/large vehicle or if it was a busier time. The unloading space is too small to be convenient. Also, the flat carts are too small. Inside was very clean & it's nice to have clean restrooms. I suggest less lockers in drive in area to allow more room for an area that definitely needs more space.

BOZENA DSo many menus and windows and uploads and pictures in order to pick up my vehicle using the app. It took forever to verify two different contcats and upload my drivers license TWICE just to pick un the vehicle. Also the lock box at palatine that held the keys to the vehicle fro after hours pick up was old and VERY diofficult to open. Fix the locks at the Palatine location, they're in bad shape.

Lisa BI rented a 5x8 trailer. The trailer did not latch very tightly to my hitch and bounced around a ton during transport (even when the trailer was fully loaded). Not much was offered to solve/remedy the situation at the pickup location.
