I have returned the vehicle with more fuel than i picked it up with yet you charged me for 3 gallons….i drove the car for 20 miles that in itself is not even 3 gallons so you i have a picture of the fuel gauge when i returned it and it more than what is on the receipt. I request to be credited for the 3 gallon fuel charges

HIPOLITO TI did moblie pick order for 8am I got there at 840 am and had to wait for them to open at 9am. The lockbox that the app told me to open was empty no key inside. Very disappointing
Barbara GAwful Experience – Dishonest and Unprofessional Service I’ve rented from many U-Haul locations before, but this was by far the worst. The employee Natalie and the manager were rude, unhelpful and completely dishonest. They forced me to pay the $25 insurance even though I declined it, saying I had to call my own insurance company to refuse — something not stated anywhere online or in the contract. I even showed proof of my coverage, but they refused it, insisting they needed to speak with my insurance agent personally. It was Sunday with an hour-long hold time on the insurance line, and I had no choice but to pay. The truck was also dirty when they gave it to me, which made the experience even worse. When I returned it with more gas than I received it, they still charged me for fuel. Thank God I took my own photos showing the fuel level since the app wasn’t working. Still waiting on the credit for gas although all charges have been deducted from my account. Furthermore, the paperwork listed I got the truck at 480.1 miles when it was actually 480.3 — small, but it adds fuel to the fire of an already dishonest experience. Imagine those “minor” discrepancies adding up over many customers. The only bright spot was Aliya, who was kind, patient, and helpful. Looking at other Google reviews, I’m clearly not the first to complain about staff or the management here. U-Haul should really investigate this location. Take photos, double-check mileage and receipts, and avoid this place if you can. I’ll never rent from this U-Haul again.

OSMANY MThe lady who received the equipment was training a new worker while I was there, and she actually mentioned the importance to check the liggts worked for safety prior to handing off and upon receiving equipment. Go figure!!!
ROBERTO BThe experience was horrible. I consider it robbery and a scam. They charge absurd fees and told me I hadn't put gas in the car. When I complained, they said I was a liar and that I hadn't put gas in the car. They are liars, a disgrace to their service and business. They charged me $65 in fees that are lies and absurd, fees that I've never been charged by U-Haul in my life, and I don't plan to rent from or visit this business ever again.

SUAT GThe person receiving the trailer was rude and unprofessional.ll, definitely hates his job. I pulled up to equipment return. After no one came. I walked around and saw him far away telling with his hands to back up. I had to then backup trailer over 100 feet towards him. I stopped when i was close and called him, he refused. Called him again to walk towards me, finally he obliged. I asked him if we could communicate using words. He stared at me ans got pissed off. I told him if you want me to back it in ill gladly do it but please tell me what you want. He left me talking by myself and proceeded to unhook trailer. I put car in park went over to him and again asked him. He ignored me, detached trailer, moved it back and threw it on the ground. I asked for his name and he said he had no name. I went inside asked for a manager, i was told they were not in the store. Spoke to Natalie who told me she wouldn't give me his name bc its not her place and the guy outside is an adult who makes his own decisions. As I walked out both Natalie and the gentleman who was at the counter started talking behind my back. Lovely team Would love a call back 305-496-2506

CHARLIE DThe U-Haul renting experience was a good one. The pick up spot was well located on US1, the store was clean and the rental process was very simple. The only thing i would say is that there are limited places to park your car if you are renting at this location, so be aware of that. Otherwise, the staff at pick up and drop off were helpful and I can recommend renting from U-Haul at this location.

GUSTAVO RWe have consistently rented trucks from this Uhaul location for years and we are very satisfied with the customer service, the price and the performance of the trucks.
OATIS WI live 15 min from this location. I rented a truck and forgot to ask about an item, so i called back and was put on hold for 35 minutes. i got home still on hold and drove 15 minutes back to the store and still on hold when i got there. You really need to improve that because i just had a simple question that only to 5 second to answer (No we do not have that product). Also had to stand in line again to ask the question .

VALERIE TThey let me leave with 40 PSI in the left rear tire when specification was 80 PSI. When I inquired before I left, I was told it’s just a bad sensor. Damage throughout the body of the vehicle and in the interior. Fuel mileage was incorrect on the paperwork. Employees lack professionalism. Would’ve been better off going to a neighborhood dealer or just buying my own equipment.

THOMAS CYou tried to hit me with an extra fuel charge. Fortunately I was able to show a picture of when I picked up the van and the exact fuel I was given. You said it was half a tank and it was slightly below. I returned it with the exact amount I picked it up with and your guy said I owed an extra $4. Either way you tried to cheat me. I'm tired of all the games. Stop cheating people and be honest.
