Staff members are not very friendly. Professional, but not very amicable at all. Lines were long and team members failed to acknowledge customers presence with a greeting. Other than the team member’s cold disposition and inadequate staffing; the store is clean, well stocked, and they have plenty of equipment for rent.

I have conflicting opinions about this location and my experience. The rental and checkout procedure was great. The man at the desk was smiling, making jokes, and was patient with me while I had some issues on my end with my payment. He always does a fantastic job. Then I went outside to grab the rental trailer and that experience went fine as expected. However, when I went to return the trailer, I was told to wait a few minutes, then a man pointed to where he wanted me to park the trailer. I attempted to park it a few times but there were too many trucks in my way so I couldn’t line it up right. He told me to just leave it where I could. Then he walked away, took a phone call, and when he came back he asked me why I didn’t unhook the trailer myself. He seemed rather upset about the fact that he had to do something. He unhooked the trailer, signaled me to leave, and I drove away. That experience returning the trailer makes me not want to return.

Edward MThe lot attendants were not logical nor friendly. They created a hectic environment where it was difficult to get any service. I wanted in the sun 10 mins while I had all the paperwork ready to be attended. Instead the attendants assisted others which made it dang near impossible to obtain my rental. The rudeness where you ignore customers should not be tolerated. There were two attendants and neither one acknowledged my presence or tried to be of assistance.

LINO PIt seems like some of the younger staff is more concerned with socializing. When I arrive, that is exactly what was happened and I was not attended to right away. This time I had to photograph the truck whereas many other times that I have rented this has not happened. I realize you have a lot of trucks, but it was very challenging just turning into the lot because there were many trailers and trucks blocking the way in, sincerely, I was surprised at the disarray.

DEIDRA JRental process was simple and easy as always expected here. However, when I went to return, I was met by a young man who refused to help me with the return process. He was anxious to leave the premises as early as he could. It was still before closing time, but the front door was locked, and instead of providing me with any guidance for what to do to return the vehicle, he came up to me and said "put it in the box". No other explanation was given. Poor customer service.

WILLIE DReceived Great service at this location. I was able to schedule a pick up over the phone. I was taken care within a few minutes even though there was a line. The vehicle was ready, clean and with full tank of gas. Vehicle drove great and was able to conveniently drop off later that night.
EVELYN PStaff lacked customer service skills. I told one of the staff, “is there any way to obtain a loyalty customer service credit for being a loyal customer and always renting here, since I filled up the gas tank by mistake?”. Staff stated, “ we don’t give credits for filling up gas by mistake, that’s just too bad”. Turned around and said, “thank you and have a great day”.
