My agent was super nice and helpful. The gas gauge was supposed to be at 3/4 according to my paperwork but was actually a bit lower. not a big deal. They were busy so i didn't press the issue.
JEFFREY BUpon arrival I couldn’t find anyone in the store. I took a walk around the building to find a gentlemen in one the the trucks. I approached him asking for help inside and he just gave me a blank stare. I proceeded to go into the store and no one came: I went back outside and approached the same man and reminded him I needed help. He again looked at me with a blank stare and I proceeded to speak to him in Spanish thinking that maybe he didn’t speak English and that’s why he wasn’t answering me back. When I spoke in Spanish he told me I needed to wait because he was checking in a truck. I asked why he didn’t say that at first and he told me to wait. I went back inside the store and got the keys I was assigned via the app. The van I was assigned had a heroin needle right outside of it and the inside smelt like hot garbage and had a dirty spoon and other items in it. I immediately got out and asked to have the van changed. He proceeded to give me another van but no apologies or extra effort for the inconvenience. I have been here 3 times in the last week since I’m moving out of state and needed to rent multiple times. Each time the service was slow and unfriendly. It’s like they want to waste your time and make u wait until you lose your patience. Whether you pre check, pick up or return the service is below standard. Awful experience
MONICA BI rented from U-Haul over a busy holiday weekend, and I want to give credit where it’s due. The gentleman helping me was clearly overwhelmed with the rush of customers, but he kept his composure and still provided excellent service. JOEL CReceived the truck with 8 miles until empty, Told me I’d get a 20$ credit if returned @1/4 gas. Returned it with the gas amount requested and did not receive credit. Also customer line was out the door a return truck line was backed up out the parking lot! Guy just took my keys smh
DUNCAN MNever saw an employee until after waiting several minutes . Ended up leaving an in “return” lane.
Henry PI hardly ever have issues with this location except for maybe understaffing at times.

DAWN MNot only was the truck I reserved not available for my move, but also the correct amount of furniture pads and furniture dollies were not there either. This delayed my pickup quite a bit and left me without the equipment I needed to move. The employee at this location did the best he could to ensure I had enough equipment to move that day thankfully, but it added a lot of stress to the day. I do not plan to use uhaul for any future moves.

EDWARD BOne worker who moves so slowly! I shouldn't have to wait an hour for him to check in the 2 people in front of me. Also, I did the online check in and then had to re-enter all the same info when we spoke with the guy.
Cesar RI showed up on time and was unable to pick up my keys until about 45min into my scheduled time due to the worker showing up late to open the shop and only one worker for a line of 5 people. I also did not get the furniture covers I had rented.
Gustavo DThe person that’s received me checked to see if everything with the truck was clean and fine but she said there was something in the back and asked me to broom it and got me a broom. I don’t think that’s correct to ask for me to dust the truck I’m not the cleaner. And the worker had attitude I don’t think she is the right person to receive customers.
RAMON PI never had the truck for an extra day , and i was charge an extra 40 when i return it the same day of the return date . Not acceptable

James CWould like some closure to the service instead of just dropping off keys and saying goodbye. A completion receipt/ or email saying thank you for returning the uhaul truck/van/etc. or text saying thank you for returning the uhaul etc. Without this peace of mind it seems a bit unnerving to think the the truck made it back on the lot before the timeframe agreed upon. EX. we agreed to return the truck by 12noon the following day, got there at 11:25am and left the keys at the front desk with the cashier who was talking to someone else but was kind enough to take a moment to grab our keys so that we could get out of there and continue our day. But without a return receipt, or text or email, it seems a but unsettling to think they are going to honor the timeframe we entered the facility and returned the keys We hope this will change in the near future Thank you,
DION YManager extremely helpful with making last minute change to size of our truck, and recommending moving help to assist with our loading when we informed her that we planned to do it alone. Because of her recommendation, we were able to load even more than originally planned, and was done in less time on an extremely hot and humid day. Moving help cost less than expected and was definitely worth it. They were very professional and friendly.
ALAIN MLuckily your manager went over & above to finalize the rental. Your systems were down.& we were told that we could get our truck. How ridiculous. Your customer service had no clue, but your manager figured it out. I think his name was Emerson.

JEFFRY AExplain prices better. I was told $100 for 100 Miles and that if I returned the van under 100 Miles that I would be reimbursed. But when I returned the van under a 100 Miles, I was being prompted to pay the amount I paid to rent the van in the first place which was $107.65. I don’t see how that’s possible if it was not above 100 Miles as stated.

TYRRA CWhen I returned the vehicle, I had to wait longer than I expected because the girl at the desk was having a leisure conversation with the customers ahead of me. Plus she was a little touch of attitudy with me. Plus that location seems very ghetto, not to mention the outside surroundings & neighborhood that it’s in. I don’t plan to go back to that particular location again if I can help it. 😩UHH!!!

CAREY SRented for a week. Only used for 2 days an brung it back. Yea I didn't refill the Gas but there's no way I shoulda been charged $203, an then wake up to uhall trying to take an extra $265 from me. Yea right. Coulda leased a car for them numbers. That's ridiculous.
KHIVORY AThe truck was leaking water in the top corners right behind the cabin area and 3 of my boxes contents got soaking wet! There was a crack in the rear right corner of the top of the truck and it was not cleaned.
Kevin BGas wasn't full tank I went into store dude was busy there was only 1 employee I was on scheduled time so I couldn't wait I called the store back maybe 10 mins later no 1 answered.. I still filled the tank but it wasn't fair. Thanks..
JACQUELINE LCustomer service here is top notch and above and beyond. The trucks are well maintained. What might improve the place is greater security at nights. That whole area is sketchy. Your staff work to hard to have it spoilt by mal-intents.
