I may file an official complaint about this, but it was really frustrating and annoying that my initial reservation was given away without any notice from UHaul. I reserved a cargo van all day, from 8:30am to 7:00pm. I had some urgent family issues to deal with in the morning so I didn't get to UHaul until 11:30am. The attendant told me I was "really late" so they had given the cargo van to someone else. No one tried calling me, no one emailed me. Even though I had *reserved* the van for the entire day, UHaul still felt it was totally fine giving the van away without any notice. I was really lucky they had a truck of any kind, but it still cost more than I was intending to pay and it was much harder to park in the city, where I was using it. I asked several times if there was anything written in the contract or otherwise about this window of time where UHaul reserved the right to give away a reservation, and the attendant didn't have an answer. He just reminded me I was really late to my all day reservation. So yeah the experience was terrible and I'd like a refund for the difference in cost.


The dude who helped me was the smartest, nicest, most efficient and helpful person i have ever met in my life.

Customer service was at the worse, not even talked about the rental and things that should have been applied or not. The girl just wanted to be left alone because I found her texting and she was in a rush to get back to it.

Truck was filthy in the back. Empty Kentucky fried Chicken bags along with bones all in the back. Totally gross. Customer service inside the guy was nice but a lot of degenerates in and out of the place. Not safe at all.

I used a different u haul a few months ago and it was a nightmare this ugaul location has it together nice staff clean well maintained truck and i worked forcUPS for 22 years so I know trucks and good customer service


The counter people didn't check the returning equipment before labelled it clean. The truck had an extraordinary awful order

There was a folded box left in the passenger section of the truck. I also did not receive the 6 blankets that I ordered. The person who helped me confirmed that they were part of my order/that I paid for them, so I assumed they were just in the truck. I didn't realize they were missing till i got to my destination, I didn't have time to call about the blankets because I was very busy moving, and at that point the blankets/dealing with this was a low priority. I would like to be refunded for the blankets, and for there to be a clear process for how to get the equipment that is ordered.

Just about every part of the uhaul experience was horrible. Truck was filthy with Less than half a tank of gas. Clerk did not have a mask on during pandemic times. Pick up location changed 5pm the night before. And most of the people I dealt with could not be bothered

The customer service representative was very nice she even helped me out with my cell phone getting the things that I needed to do on the cell phone I have never done it like that before and when I dropped off it was the same lady she was very nice


I am upset. We made ace reservation for east providence, got there and you had no record of it. I had to drive across providence to broad street. It added 90 minutes to my day such that I got the truck back late and now you want to charge me for your error!! Do not charge me and I am st 401-649-0007. Thx peter ericksin
