JEFFRY AExplain prices better. I was told $100 for 100 Miles and that if I returned the van under 100 Miles that I would be reimbursed. But when I returned the van under a 100 Miles, I was being prompted to pay the amount I paid to rent the van in the first place which was $107.65. I don’t see how that’s possible if it was not above 100 Miles as stated.

TYRRA CWhen I returned the vehicle, I had to wait longer than I expected because the girl at the desk was having a leisure conversation with the customers ahead of me. Plus she was a little touch of attitudy with me. Plus that location seems very ghetto, not to mention the outside surroundings & neighborhood that it’s in. I don’t plan to go back to that particular location again if I can help it. 😩UHH!!!

CAREY SRented for a week. Only used for 2 days an brung it back. Yea I didn't refill the Gas but there's no way I shoulda been charged $203, an then wake up to uhall trying to take an extra $265 from me. Yea right. Coulda leased a car for them numbers. That's ridiculous.
KHIVORY AThe truck was leaking water in the top corners right behind the cabin area and 3 of my boxes contents got soaking wet! There was a crack in the rear right corner of the top of the truck and it was not cleaned.
Kevin BGas wasn't full tank I went into store dude was busy there was only 1 employee I was on scheduled time so I couldn't wait I called the store back maybe 10 mins later no 1 answered.. I still filled the tank but it wasn't fair. Thanks..
JACQUELINE LCustomer service here is top notch and above and beyond. The trucks are well maintained. What might improve the place is greater security at nights. That whole area is sketchy. Your staff work to hard to have it spoilt by mal-intents.

SAHR JI will never return to this location if I can help it. The employee hooking up the trailer hitch did not lock it in properly so as soon as I went over one of the many speed bumps in Providence the hitched popped right off the ball, the only thing that stopped the trailer from going anywhere were the chains. I also feel like this location was trying to scam me. I had reserved the trailer online for a one-way trip as we are moving out of state, but when I went to pick up the trailer the person checking me in was asking for all the information again that should already be on my reservation which I thought was weird. When I finally got the trailer to my house it was only then that I discovered that the person helping me had created a completely different rental rather than my original reservation. I also discovered that they had set the rental as a return rather than a one-way even though when they were setting up this separate rental I told them that it was one-way to another state. It was only when I called Uhaul to fix it that they told me that the person had canceled my original reservation and set up a completely new one which I'm guessing so it would be marked as their sale for commission or something. I'm also guessing whatever fees I would have had to pay for not returning it to the proper location if I had not caught this would have gone to this location as well.
Anthony MActually, i didn't get into a car accident or get scraped while driving, but this company charged me four times, one of which was as high as $171, even though I only used it for one day. The company charges too much, if you can find a cheaper company, you can try something else.

When I rented my rental van and to witness what she walked into first thing in the morning, most employees would have walked off the job. I'm extremely happy to rent from this location and this employee. I will be back for any future needs.

AIME SMy 2nd truck had over 120k miles with the check engine light on. wow. The 1st truck had a banged up door that crunched when you opened. Staff are barely interested in their customers. When i pulled up to the drop off area and after taking pics for the app for return, I asked the cleaning guy who was right there if it was ok to leave the keys with the truck and leave because I had checked in my return. His answer? No way....take it in and drop it off. Whatever happened to the UHaul of yesteryears.....you can do better guys.
