Customer service was and probably will remain outstanding equipment seemed in good repair only one criticism, if you can call it that, the trailer I rented had dried mud on the front but it's a tailer.

WILLIAM HEasy to schedule the online pick up. Truck was ready and the return process was very simple. Literally I dropped the truck off in their parking lot and the attendant told me to leave the keys in the vehicle and she would check me in. Excellent service! Thank you Uhaul-I will be back.

SUU VNot enough staffing, it’s a large lot with only one employee working. The employee was doing his best but could not keep up with the volume of customers trying to get rentals. I’m not sure if there was a sick call or they were short staffed that day, but there needs to be more employees.
Ryan LI had 2 rentals. A trailer and a truck. Yhe truck was TT4060. I dropped it off in clovis NM. Ad a mechanic driving the truck I would recommend bleeding the brakes. The brakes were spongy. They worked but I would have them checked. Other than that the equipment worked fine.

Jeffrey MThe self pick up was awful. The app didn’t allow me to get the code for the lock box so I had to wait for live agent to chat. The letters were difficult to read and the top boxes would have been out of my reach. After I finally got the key the truck literally had zero miles until empty. I was concerned I wouldn’t make it to the gas station before I ran out. Then when I tried to get the truck in they tried charging me $80 for gas!!! The truck was also dirty. Awful experience.

Michael MThe site was seriously understaffed. The lady who helped us with checkout and check in was apparently the only person handling both the office and the yard on the week before the 4th of July. As hard as she worked to help us, she was overworked trying to keep up. The truck was clean and with one exception well maintained. And that problem was the passenger side mirror mounting was loose and allowed the mirror to swivel into a useless angle despite me adjusting it twice. The first encounter rough payment returned it to a useless position. Since I was the only one in the cab, this resulted in several potentially dangerous situations when I couldn't see traffic conditions on my right. I notified the office lady, and she made a note to fix it. I have used this facility for several moves over a decade, and this was the first problems of with staffing and equipment I have had. Please not that this in not meant in any way a criticism of the sole staff person on site. She did her best and kept a good attitude throughout.

On one of those times we were helped by Katie and the other time by another lady that I don't remeber her name. Even though our reservations and check-ins were completed online, we waited and waited and waited to be even acknowledged.

Omar AIt took almost an hour to pick up a trailer that I had reserved. How do you guys have a single employee at the counter on a Saturday morning? That doesn't make any sense. There's no reason this couldn't have been a 10 minute procedure. The employee was kind, polite and efficient. He clearly was very good at his job. He has the patience of a saint working a weekend morning solo with a line al the way to the door.

Christopher HPicking up the vehicle. It was parked so close to trucks on either side that I couldn’t even get in the truck, much less back it out without damaging the truck. I made one of the U-Haul workers try to get in and back it out. It took about 2 minutes for the rep to get in and start the truck. Then he had to forward-reverse 4 times to get it out without damage. U-Haul should not force customers to try to get in a truck with less than a foot clearance on either side of the vehicle. And it has gotten a lot more expensive to rent a U-Haul for 2 days than it has in the padt
Jeffrey Kserve thier purpose as a rental agency, the only thing that bugged me was that everything was done on apps or e-mail instead of over the counter, other then that the whole experience went smoothly.

Sandy PI've rented there for many years now. When I arrived, I parked in the location where I've always parked. I met by what I assume was the manager and she informed me that I needed to park out on the street even though there were many empty parking spots. Next, I had rented 30 moving blankets. Same person informed me that she could only give me 20 as she needed to reserve some for other customers that might need them. So much for the reservation system. All in all, I'll go to one of the other locations from now on as I'm not pleased at all with this one.
James WPerson helping me/checking me out was very nice and helpful. Truck was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. My only complaint was that the gas tank was so low when I picked it up that the low fuel light came on immediately after I left the parking lot, making me gas it up quicker that I had planned to.
Robert bWhen I returned the vehicle, the app told me to park it and take a picture of where I parked it. I pulled out of the equipment return, and proceeded to attempt to park it in a spot. A worker came out, and was absolutely the most rude person. Her attitude was unwarranted and uncalled for. Instead of asking if I needed help or anything polite, she asked rudely, "what are you doing?" I responded about how the app had directed me to park it and take a picture. She proceeded to get more of an attitude getting loud, going off about how, "WE WILL NOT RETURN IT." Look, I understand jobs are stressful. I understand that it is not easy for me to understand anyone else's stress. Yet, I will make sure I never come back to that location again. The way I was talked at, was highly uncalled for.

Laura MMy day started incredibly frustrating with a reservation at a liquor store location off of Sunrise Blvd with a truck that had a 'check engine' light and hardly any gas in preparation for a 200-plus mile trip to Tahoe and back. When I mentioned the 'check engine' issues to the attendant, they suggested I take the truck to the nearest official U-Haul location off of Pyrites Way. From here, Sharon Macias on Pyrites Way took care of me with great satisfaction! She seemed like she was having a rough start to her day as well, but she quickly pushed that aside and treated me like I was the most important person in her day. Although my frustration lied with a two-hour delay to the start of our move, Sharon made my day with her generosity and understanding, and I made sure to let her know with gratitude and a big hug!
