EDDIE LI was a little unsure how to return the truck after hours, then I read the sign posted up front. A guy pulled in behind me to return his truck and asked do we just leave it here? He didn’t know either so I directed him to the sign. After that is was a clear and easy process.

TRON SI was charged twice and overcharged by 170.00. Rented a truck. Drove it a total of 16 miles yesterday. Stopped on way back to return and added 6 gallons of gas. Was charged twice for fuel and fuel service. Called store I rented from and they said they credited my account. Still dont have money back.

HUGO STrailer was a little beat but worked fine. Was worried they might think I caused some of the dings but nope thet didn't try that.....Reasonable price and service beyond what I expected.....The guy with the long dark hair that hooks you up I hope gets paid a lot. Very patient gentleman and seems motivated to give the fastest service possible all while being very friendly.

RICHARD CThis a great location, though challenging because they have no parking on their lot for customers. This will evidently change. Great, friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. If you need movers you should try FAST TIME MOVERS - fasttimemovers.com 916-529-2365 Two hour minimum-$125/hour. Daniel and Lala are great! They are fast and very careful with your cargo. Always friendly and upbeat. You rent the U-Haul and they will provide the rest. They have all the equipment like blankets, wrap, floor protectors, ramps for the threshold, all the stuff you need!

CLOURSE HThe package of moving blankets and the hand cart that were in the truck were in the way while I was trying to pack it. Offer to remove those things if he customer doesn’t want them.

Raelynn DThe team did a great job in all areas. The pick-up truck was perfect with a great bed and comfortable seating. My need for the truck took some additional time and I was able to extend my time easily. The return of the truck was fast and efficient. The only issue I had that prevented me from rating it excellent was no parking for my vehicle on the lot. You have to park on the street which added a loger walk back to the lot. Years ago, you were able to pak on the lot which made the experience 1000% better.

KATHLEEN PI did not get her name by the woman who assisted me checking the truck back in was wonderful and very nice. She asked for feedback on the truck which I gave regarding the grease and wipers. She handled the check in process for me so I could be on my way.

FRANKLIN CPadlock for truck door was problematic. Very difficult to lock and unlock. WD-40 would help. Other than that this was a great experience and the staff at this location were fantastic.
