VICTOR HJulian who helped me at the counter was un professional. he was upset when i noticed that the truck had tape holding the windshield on. when I requested another truck he was visibly upset.

FELIPE CI brought back the truck and they tried to gouge me for cleaning charge when the truck was exactly like I got it I tried cleaning it up my best I cooked the rag there but they said that wasn’t good enough and charged me 25 bucks they charged me $39 each additional day which wasn’t in the contract they’re just out to get your money

MARY CNot only was the yard itself unkempt and messy, the store counter tucked all the way at the back was not conducive to a pleasant experience, as one feels walled at each register due to the large display racks separating the. The Uhaul app to photograph the truck did not work on my phone (yes I know how to enable permissions) , the mgr Konor was very condescending about it, saying I HAD to use the app, and ONLY the app. We finally compromised by me sending the photos to his email. I got no response he'd received them. The truck interior was dirty and muddy, and there was food debris on the floor. The worst was that the cab STUNK. It smelled like either a skunk or person had peed in it, I kid you not. The windshield was dirty as well, and there was no wiper fluid. And yes, it's a truck and they are noisy - I rent Uhaul trucks a lot to move book collections I've bought - but this one sounded on its last legs. Sonething wrong there. In conclusion I will NEVER rent from this location again, and the manager, when faced with a senior woman customer who knows her phone inside and out, isn't senile, and wants to conclude the rental in a timely manner, should actually try and help them instead of being a dick about it.

NURI DThis location does not open until 9am on Sunday. As they said the rental was not returned by 8am, they charged me an extra day. When I called to have this corrected, they refused to do so. I had to file a dispute with the corporate office.
BRETT TAll of the customer parking spots were filled by cars of men looking for work, no customer parking available
KENNA WFrist off the staff there does not seem to know what each other is doing, as one explained I did not call to extend, and stated I returned it 2 hours late. Which was total factracation, as I did call and was told to return it before 9 am which i did. Ask to re rent it was told there was nothing aviable , then I call national center who book the very same truch I had there for me to pick up again, after being told there was nothing there. I do business with you all in Billings quite often and that location I have nothing but high regards for, however this location has caused me delays in progress and hassles in which I could of done without. If not for the need of the truck, I would of told them just what I thought of them, there staff and there customer service approach.

BERNDECKHARD VThis is not a complain for the specific location, but mostly frustrated with the check-in experience. I opted to use the app and it took 30 min to get ready. The verification took a while, I was going back and forth with staff trying to locate the key, and the app would not properly work taking the pictures. I would take the pictures and they would not upload. I wasted so much time in the check in experience.
ALEJANDRO MNo nonsense experience. Had my truck ready and all prices are as advertised. Both pick up and drop off were super easy.
Sean HHandy when needed a to transport stuff out of rain. Wanted a 8' box trailer, but none in stock, so used van. Cost me three times as much, but it was easy.

DEVA PCheck-in and Drop-off were efficient, and employees were helpful. The only issue was that I have an older iPhone, and for some reason, I wasn't able to upload images into the U-Haul app. I made sure to take necessary images, and the staff handled it nicely preventing delays. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Giorgia MThe rear view mirror camera was missing, the tow light kept coming on every time the vehicle was started, the tire pressure indicator light was on constantly and the heater didn't work and the seat cover was jacked up. The vehicle needs some repairs and should have never been rented out in this condition. The location and staff are solid.

VICTOR HThey charged me for a tire on the trailer that they said I had lost. I asked them for photographic proof that I had it, and they said they didn't have any, and they charged me for something that even they weren't sure was there.
MARCO LThey rented a truck that had zero gas in it... knowingly. The staff recommended I go to the gas station down the block so it does not run out. I asked directly, "You're renting me a truck with no gas"? The response was 'yes'. there was no offer of a different truck. They just kinda looked at each other behind the counter. I just grabbed my paperwork and left as I needed the truck and had no other options. I normally don't write reviews, but the service was not good. They were not rude, but went far from providing any alternative.

Larry PVery disappointing experience. I showed up on time to return my equipment, but there was a small amount of dirt in the back of the trailer. Instead of letting me clean it onsite, I was told I had to leave, clean it myself, and then come back. When I returned only 30 minutes later, they marked me as late and charged me for a full extra day. I did everything they asked, came back promptly, and still got penalized. Terrible customer service and zero flexibility. I won’t be renting from this location again.

STEVEN LThe UHaul employees were polite, professional, and informed. The location was busy and the UHaul employees were trying to service all the customers. I am well aware employees cost money. Perhaps your Analytics people could re-analyze when the busy times are and staff cost effectively and efficiently for those times.
