We called saying we were going to be 5 minutes late and got a very stern reply stating that you close at 5 and will not be there after. We get there at exactly 5 and the people are very friendly and helpful, but would have liked the person we spoke to on the phone to offer some sort of other option if they were not going to be there, like saying we could be there next morning or soNICHOLAS N.

The **Only** good thing about this U-Haul rental experience was the cheerful young man who greeted me upon return of the truck. Otherwise, not good. The guy behind the counter at checkout was sullen, rude and unhelpful. I had reserved a furniture dolly, but when I asked about it, he just said "I'm out". No apologies. When he informed me that the truck only had a quarter tank of gas and that I would need to return it with at least a quarter tan, I said "it would be nice if you rented vehicles that were full". His terse response was "it would have been nice if the other customer had returned it full". But why would they? He probably told them the same thing. U-Haul has obviously gone way down in service commitment since I last used them many years ago. I would never rent from this company again.DANIEL W.
Not INFORMED about Toll cost of $7 and you charge $20 even of U guys have the fast track, Customer must PAY extra for it? Unfair! Truck transmission jump a bit. Wheel loose on direction when U turn.
