RAFAEL TMake sure equipment is in good working order. And that they are not charging you for days that they said they would work out something for our issues. Instead I get triple charged!
Rebecca CPick up was perfect. Great customer support. Drop off not so much. Would have preferred a vehicle walk around and gas level check with the attendant rather than just dropping off the key and the attendant saying "I'll check the vehicle later and email the final receipt later". Would have felt more comfortable with the attendant confirming all was good before I left.

DALLAS TGreat service. Unfortunately radio did not work in the truck. I was driving from NJ to OH and had already loaded the truck and did not want to switch vehicles. I returned to the location. They attempted to fix the problem but were unsuccessful. I requested a discount and was told I need to request it by calling the main number. I called the main number and was told it has to be done by by the manager at the location where it was managed. I ended up purchasing a bluetooth speaker, but still feel that I should receive a discount to accommodate for the inconvenience and cost of the speaker.

CHRISTOPHER OIn the past 4 months, I've rented quite a but from multiple locations. This location and the staff are top notch. From a management pov, it's a happy crew with a job they enjoy.
SCOTT RPick up was not at the requested location which ended up “ not doing trailers”… why was it an option in the system? Took me an hour out of my way in the wrong direction.

Alain AMislead to believe tank was 40 gallons rather than 33 gallons so when I followed calculation to fill tank from 3/4 back to 7/8 gas meter went over 7/8 and was told UHaul does not refund for over filling tank. Absolute B.S. in my opinion and will not use UHaul again.

Najma LTrailer was returned on a Sunday afternoon, just before closing, during a pouring rainstorm. Personnel were very helpful and got me in and out quickly.

DANIEL AThe license plate and miles didnt match when the link was provided to me to validate the trucks info. Drop pf was the worst experience. I called Uhaul was on the phone for 40 mins trying to use my order number which didnt work. They had me walk around the building trying to pin my location. I asked for someone to override the address it was one number off. I was getting transferred and no-one came on the other end. I tried my phone number then that worked to start my return. I wasted 40 mins. with a rep that couldn't help. If you have any issues with self return use your phone number not the order number because no one is able to help at a non uhaul drop off!

Jennifer MExcellent customer service! Roberto even informed me that I should switch the ball of my tow to the underside due to the low riding of my Outback. When I returned the Trailer he even took care of switching it himself!
CHRISTINE DExcellent experience renting a trailer from Somerdale U-Haul for short move of household items. Clean and well maintained equipment and facilities. Impressive retail selection of just about any needed moving items and trailering accessories in the store, and prices seemed very reasonable. (Boxes were cheaper here than Lowe’s/Home Depot) Professional staff!
