Check the truck and make sure it’s accurate, my experience was with the gas , we rented two trucks first one we used it for 25 miles paid $ 8 worth of gas second truck used it for 15 miles had to pay $19 worth of gas, how to explain that? Second truck the gas arrow was on the wrong spot and the customer service person wouldn’t acknowledge that

Employees I walked in and employee just looked at me , No personality no hi nothing, Upon returning vehicle I sat and waited - no one came out. I went inside 2 employees on phone , again nothing, I initiated conversation and said i am here to return. Employee said give keys and they will email me bill. I asked for check out now and to get bill before I leave. Employee acted like it was a chore to do this. Went outside came in didnt say a word. Printed up my paperwork and just handed it to me. Didnt say a thing. Aweful Personalities, Could tell they didnt want to be there at all and everything was a hastle. Reflective of the way management here must be. Oh well

Vendor treated me respectfully and explained the process simply and efficiently. I have rented before at a couple other locations, and this was by far the easiest and best transaction that I have had. Thanks. Oh, and as a side note, having a free box station for using and recycling old boxes was extremely helpful. If/when I need to rent in the future i will hopefully be using this location again.

Bought all my packing supplies est at this location over months for a big move.-BUT had to load them in my truck, each time because the Counter people too busy to care, talking among themselves about what they were doing outside of work. Who was gonna win the next challenge?! Needed another truck in addition to one way 26ft truck for move on the fly- BUT COUNTER HELP would not answer simple questions like number of miles to destination AND instead, rushed to process truck rental for round trip, before I could Google info myself, since cost of truck was based on such an important factor, paying by the mile. ON phone was quoted 70 cents per mile but at Store as rung up told it was 99 per mile. AGAIN recorded by UHaul, when set up. WORSE then stated they could not cancel contract because they would not give me any truck... INSTEAD of offering options like- This is the cost point A to point B round trip. Lets see if another location can help you best with options. Perhaps rent a car for the ride back because it is more cost effective w/Tolls, Gas & mileage. After spending over a thousand dollars in their store over months for this move, with UHAUL Rec'd PACKERS & buying all the moving supplies & a one way 26 ft truck, ect. Getting a return call back from UHAUL DISPATCH, or Management after being passed around is impossible. But on the recorded line, countless employees said my issue was simple to fix, just no one cared to adjust the ticket for a return business. No one in management would call me back except FINALLY the Manager who took advantage of my situation. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY> They are only interested it in getting all they can from you, instead of building a return customer base with Great service . BUT HEY- GOOD LUCK ON THAT BOX CHALLENGE I was held hostage to listen too, standing around waiting to be cashed out- instead of being helped in your store!

Truck was not available at the first 3 pickup locations and after driving to the 3 location I was sent across county to this location. Checked in and was given keys and a goodbye. Everytime I rented in the past someone would go over the truck with me not here a little cold. As far as recommending Uhaul not knowing where you will be picking up truck the day you need it "SUCKS"!!!! Communication very poor both TXT and verbal. The biggest help I had was Pennsauken he found me a truck in Somerdale. Check out my file of TXT messages and you will see what I went through in the 18 hrs prior to getting the truck also add in 3 phone calls to Marlton says that they had truck,got another TXT for Pennsauken p/u.I then called your office they said truck would be at Pennsauken no problem get a good night sleep. Calledat this time they said Pennsauken truck due in at night to be there at 8:30am (they open at 9am) .I showed up at 8:30am. NO TRUCK . HE called dispatch and they sent me to Somerdale. Communication is very poor Fix your TXT messages they do not tell you what is going on.

The computer was extremely slow, and even though we arrived and had time to spare on our timeline, the service provided through the U-HAUL computer system made us behind for our move. (I would add this is not the reps fault at this location). In addition, although we added furniture pads to our order, there were none available. It would have been nice to have been notified of this ahead of time, so we could bring our own padding. We were counting on those pads as this was a furniture move. It was very disappointing and put us even more behind.

I only have 1 which pertain to the online set up. If you go throught the online reservation than why do we have to do it again when we are at the location. Isnt it the purpose on online set up is to speed up th process when you walk into the store.

Everything was fine, until there was a made-up fuel charge of $7.65 on my receipt which was emailed to me later. When I returned the truck there was more gas in it than when I took it out. I drove the truck 15 miles, so it would be mathematically impossible for there to be a charge of $7.65, even at $4.50 a gallon. After driving the truck 15 miles, I put $4 worth of gas in the truck at the Royal Farms gas station, several hundred yards away from the u-haul store and immediately prior to returning it. The gas was $2.73/ gallon, so that was roughly 1.5 gallons. The $4 worth of gas was more than enough to cover the 15 miles, and when I looked at the fuel tank to confirm this, it was noticeably higher than when I had originally gotten the truck. When I returned the truck, I asked the attendant if he wanted to check the gas or if he wanted my receipt for the gas to ensure there would not be an issue. He said that he only needed the keys back. The first time I realized there was any issue was when I received the receipt emailed to me later on. I am extremely upset at this, and I will neither use U-Haul again, nor recommend it to anyone unless this charge is removed.
