I placed my order online. When I got to the store the employee never disconnected from her personal call. She told me the hand truck was in the garage and I had to go search for it. There wasn't 1 in stock so I had to go to another location to put the dirty hand truck in my car. Which ate into my rental time. I was late returning the truck. Uhaul does not disclose the maximum amount of time you can use the truck or disclose that you will be charged as if it was 2 different rentals. This should be disclosed and smells like a scam to me. I was very unhappy with my experience and will never use Uhaul again. Avoid at all costs. Uhaul will rip you off.

I should've just returned the truck and taken a hit with the gas; the WaWa station down the road where the lady kindly directed us was actually pretty high and perhaps not worth the effort (REALLY nice kid helping out there, however!). But she tried, and I appreciate that! Otherwise, very quick and easy to return. When departing with a truck and making a left, I'd recommend the side exit, not right onto the busy road, as the sightlines were nerve-wracking (especially if you're not used to a truck).

juan pThe guy who rented me the truck was awesome, and the lady who allowed me to return the truck to the original pickup location instead of the destination originally planned made it seamless and easy, she was even more awesome. Also the truck was on the newer side and drove well. My best U-Haul experience literally ever. Usually the truck is in horrible condition and the people are not the nicest.

Jesse MUsed twice in past two months. Both times was easy process. We underestimated amount of time needed both times. Fortunately it was super simple to extend the rental online. First time did incur an extra fee because it was for a second day, which I expected and made sense. Second time was for a few more hours in same day. Since the truck was not reserved for another person after hours, there was no additional charge, which was awesome.
JOHN KHeather was great; however, others made mistakes she was subsequently able to correct. Final rental cost was a little more than I had anticipated for the short trip I made. Improvement could come and mistakes avoided if vehicles were inspected upon return.

KALPESH PIssue is with uhaul booking not site. Originally ordered a 4x8 trailer as that would have been plenty for what we needed. However it is not 4 feet tall inside, it is barely 3 feet. Really poor advertising. The trailer size listed should reflect interior size to avoid this in the future. Luckily the site had a trailer available i could upgrade to. Site reps were very helpful.
