I've rented a transport vehicle from this location twice. Both times the visit to the counter, acquiring the vehicle, and the check in process were excellent. Side note: I love the way the mobile app helps to take pictures of the vehicle using the overlay. Nice touch. If I had any non-positive comment it has to do with the return process. In both cases I returned the vehicle before the 7pm close. Both times I walked into the location and there was no one to help me. The first time I ended up walking out and flagged down someone working in the yard who helped me. The second time I found the break room and got someone in there to help me. It feels like I'm doing something wrong when I have to search for someone to help me.

BRUCE MI am demanding a full refund. Thank God that I had enough fuel to make it home. Prior to returning the vehicle I went to a gas station to refuel, and the gas was gushing out from under the truck. You were all aware of the issue as there was tape residue all around the filler cap area. I threw away $20 in fuel that spilled on the ground.

Alicia HThe worst experience. I arrived at my pickup time and didn’t get my trailer until about 30 minutes later. The customer service is less than desirable and the entire operation is chaos. The wait times are unacceptable and the yard is disorganized so even after getting my trailer hooked up, it took me 5 additional minutes before anyone could move the trucks blocking me in. One employee, Patricia, was very hardworking and kind. Everyone else at this location was dismissive and behaved as though I was an inconvenience. I cannot stress enough not to use this location.

Edward WI have more people here to show you how to find your truck it took me a while to find my truck. There was only two people there it was an hour or so before they close yeah need to get a little bit more professional on that.

Brian CI wish it would have been mentioned or pointed out that I had exactly 48 hours to return the uhaul and not a minute longer. I read that my rental agreement was from 6/22-6/24 and didn’t read the fine print where it said literally I had exactly 48 hours later and no more. I easily could have picked the trailer up later on the pick up day or returned it earlier on the return day had I realized I literally only had 48 hours. I was very disappointed to have been charged $20 plus the $8 for returning it at 10 am instead of 7 am.

Jesus ZLady at the counter told me dollys weren't garenteded, even though I rented the truck and dolly online well ahead of time. And gave ample notice I needed one. Also the truck had 1/16th a tank of gas in it when I went to pick it up and had to wait for a worker to refule it. Although the worker who refuled the truck was very nice I had scheduled mover through the website and was late to meet them. I was very disappointed with uhaul with this move and wanted it to be a 1 stop shop.

Juan CI rented a trailer to haul a Ford 150 and was told it would fit. I drove it 40 miles just to find out it would not fit. Totally not acceptable.
