The people at this location were great. It was your truck that was the problem. The suggestion for a 15 foot truck for my one bedroom was completely off. It says it is good for a 2- 3 bed i only had a one bedroom house so suggestion for 15 foot should have been perfect. My stuff did not at all fit, and I could not afford two trips , (I am on a very tight budget due to being disabled ,I have heart, lung, and spine defects) I had to leave some large items around the corner in someone's front yard. I have no way to get my stuff , don't know what to do, thanks to your truck suggestions being COMPLETELY off. I only had a 1 bed, so I got the 2-3 bed truck just to be safe, because I know your statement of how much trucks fit is just a guess, so I thought there is no way It won't fit. It is ridiculous you charge for millage. I thought thought the mileage charge was for gas until I got there and he said to fill with gas. There is NO reason to basically double charge, and at such an absurd fee of almost $1 . I will never use your services again.

the truck I rented was a 17 foot box truck, was told there was a 79 cent per mile charge, I drove 24 miles and was charged 19.8 so far that is 29.990 for the truck and 20.00 for the miles 50.00 plus 15.00 for insurance , wasn't going to get it but was sorta you better or not things now that makes 65.00 now a environment charge of a dollar 66.00 and tax a little over three I am at 70.00 plus gas I spent over wanted to make sure again was warned of the cost of gas if I didn't that U-Haul price per gallon was really high, so all said and done this truck that you advertise at such a great price of 29.99 is really 100.00 easy sorta of false advertising . a lot of extras, they all add up, they are optional but people are sorta pleasured into buying them.

For a large lot at its location, which is good ok, an this being my first time renting something at U-haul, I wasn’t told ahead of time that I was supposed to hook up my own car ?? to the car dolly that I rented. I’m handicap/disabled, had I not had a friend with me to help me out I wouldn’t been able to do one of and or two of the things it takes to tie the car down to the dolly.

The truck was full off dog hair.which I’m Allergic to. So I mentioned to the supervisor about it. He spoke very rude and did do anything to fix this.

Don't tell me to come pick up the truck the same night I order it but then close 10 minutes early and tell me that the system closes 10 to 5 minutes early. I asked the lady if it would be better if I just picked it up in the morning and she said no you can pick it up tonight at 6: 45 I get there around 6: 48 and they are closed I ordered the U-Haul over the phone at 6: 39 pm I turned in the truck the same night that I was supposed to and I get a call saying that I never turned in the truck.

I thought the back was reasonably clean but the guy who checked it out said it wasn’t. It’s a trailer, not a restaurant. He wrote no cleaning fee on it. When I returned it I again thought it was filthy. He was upset. I think their standards are too high. Thanks for the two trucks.

Worst service ever when checking out associate was rude and bothered by my presence did not bother to do a walk around with me sent me on my own and I did not have my glass to really do a theral job. Gas was not accurate so made that a just ment miles were right. Associate did not confirm gas after I let him know. I marked what I seen and did not get the “x” in the right spot. When I return I got charged 150 because the x was not in the right location on the mirror. Said manage said “don’t care still responsible” manager was not in the store was outside busy. Associate closed out papa we and said I need to call back. He said it is not his responsibility to do the walk around with me that is on me . Worst service ever I rent from them several times month and was never treated like this and brushed off. Remember you are in the customer service business if you don’t Love what u do get out. He was the worst associate I have ment and that is saying something as I am a manager.

This is a very friendlry environment, but they need to change there flat-rate. The miles from Ridgecrest is 162mi, not 132mi. I payed for fuel in that gas hog...lol. Then get charged for the extra miles when I haven't even arrived at my destination.??

The reservation was made on line. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, the customer service was horrible. I was not greeted at all, not even an apology for the 10 minute wait inside at the customer counter. The cashier asked if we wanted the vehicle for longer than the 4 hour contract, saying they closed at 7 and we could have it up until then. He did not volunteer that it would be an additional charge. I had to pull that out of hum, grudgingly. I would have been blind sided with the extra $$ charges. Check out and check in process too long. Overall customer service was not good. Both check out and check in personnel appeared uninterested and a bit irritated at having to do their job. Never heard a please or thank you and I specifially say these to people in customer service.
