check lights prior to renting out - the drivers side taillight brakes and turn signal were dim to the point of not being visible, creating dangerous driving situation that wasn't discovered until I long away from the store, and on my way to my destination, my friend following me alerted me to the situation.

Jacob HI know you know that your advertised rates are a scam. It is incomprehensive that I went from seeing a rate of $29 but ended up paying over $100, even while returning with gas and keeping it under 20 miles. The trucks are great, the service is great, but you gotta be more up front with the pricing.

I have been renting from UHaul for over 25 years and although the experience has always been good, the two times I was helped by Tommy in North Portland was amazing and so much appreciated. The app to add damage, the license plate number and the mileage was no to working and I ahve had trouble with the app before but overall, UHaul has been great to work with.

ARI LI had a nightmare experience where multiple parts of the truck were so worn down that they broke while the truck was in use. I was just moving half a studio apartment and was not using the truck improperly which made the situation very frustrating and difficult. I don't know if I'll use UHaul again after this.
