The employees at this location don't seem to understand the online reservation system. My answer no to the question about how the equipment was maintained was due to the truck I rented having a broken side mirror, and doors that had to be either slammed or forced shut.

Poor customer service. Spoke to manager about it, and he told me that the sales associate that helped me was just having a bad day. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Will not be returning.

I filed a complaint through phone. Have employee, manager, clear on policy so that he is able to explain charges to customers. Also, there was a woman who looked homeless holding a pipe (not marijuana pipe) in the back employee area with her backpack belongings all over the place yelling the managers name. Very unprofessional. I don't even know what to say. I hope that customer service elsewhere within the company can make up for his unprofessionalism and give me some useful answers and service

They offered a way to register a complaint about the inaccurate information concerning the amount of fuel required to reach the fill level to return the truck with the same amount of fuel the at it began with.

I think you should be more truthful in your advertising prices. You advertise a pick up for 19.95 but that is not the true cost after you ad in per mile fee, taxes etc.

Jason was great as always!!Thanks Jason! I've had such a great experience so far that I'm going to have to ask about onsite storage solutions for my extensive remodel at my house. I'll have to ask Jason and Justin if there's such a thing as a U-Box or a U-POD to store all the stuff I'm not transporting via U-Haul trailer.

Deep clean the truck once in a while. It smelled like really bad body odor. Also the staff should be trained to give better customer service.

Jason was really helpful and got me in and out of there super fast. I was super busy today, and thought it would take at least 20 minutes in, 20 minutes out. But no, just a super quick necessary safety inspection of trailer and trailer lights to go, and easy peasy return. So I was on time for the rest of my appointments today. Thanks Jason! I'll be back, for sure!

The only thing that bothered me was the low level of professionalism among the two men working that day. There is nothing wrong with banter among co-workers but the amount of fowl language among employees in front of customers reflects badly the type and quality of people your company chooses to employ and the company it's self.

When I arrived to return my rental, there was no one in the lobby. I heard the bell and waited for 5 minutes. I went looking for the guys and The guys were working on someone's SUV in the bay. I opened the door and asked if there was anyone working and the response was, yea. we'll be there shortly. No rush to get in. just a casual mosey to help me, and at that point, 3 other people in the lobby. Not the best customer service.

The customer service at U-Haul St Johns GREAT! (I tried to call them directly with a question about scheduling changes and the call went to U-Hauls main customer service line instead. They falsely claimed to be at the St Johns location and were deceitful and rude. These people are not from the St Johns location!)

I have rented from the ST Johns location many times. But this was the first time that because I was 37 minutes late in one day trailer rental I was charged a second day maybe they need another person who is not so rigid. I don,t get a reduction if I bring it back early. Poor customer skills
