The staff/drop off experience was quick and delightful, but they forgot to complete the return process and I got a call after the deadline reminding me that I needed to return my equipment when I already had.

The 1st time I rented I had to call & have false cleaning charges removed. This time there was a truck parked in the spot I was supposed to park in so I had to try to park in another place. Because the truck was so large the back rubbed against the front of another truck. I stopped, immediately accessed the situation, took pictures & called the uhaul phone # & explained what happened. She referred me to roadside assistance who informed me it was ok to leave truck as is and the store would take care of it in the am. Jeff the manager called me at 7:30 in the morning angry & attacking me. I explained he situation again as thought the 1st person I spoke to was letting him know what happened. I explained I purchased the insurance and he was speaking to me in very negatives tones saying the insurance might decide I was negligent & refuse to cover the damage. I then got upset & told him to let me know if they were not going to honor the insurance I purchased & I would contact my attorney and my insurance agent. I have not heard back from him. I did receive a call today from uhaul asking if I was going to return their truck & I informed them I recturned 2 days ago at 7:30 when it was due. She said ok she would document. I received a bill with a bunch of charges I don’t understand so I will be calling the uhaul Office to explain charges. I think it was an extra 149.00 over the original 106.00. I will not use uhaul again or refer anyone to them. I will share my experience with others so they avoid all the problems I have had.

I rented a van there January 10th just before the location closed so took the key with a view to picking up van later as I had to be somewhere. Turns out the key was the wrong one and for a van that could not be moved as it was blocked by another van. Vaguely irritating, but oh well. Went back the next day and got it straightened out, canceling the old contract and making a new one. However, the $75.00 hold on my debit card is STILL there from January 10th for the initial now cancelled reservation despite me signing for the refund on your in store screen. The new reservation has already been charged and paid for. Now I don't like paying for things I haven't used and it's been over a week now with no refund which is very sketchy for a company as large as yours. The branch manager Jeff Hockfin called and left me a voice message. I have tried calling him back, but either get put on hold forever or dis-connected. I would like this resolved as soon as possible or I will pursue the matter via other means. Adam Forrest

The advertised $19.99, $29.99, $39.99 prices on the side of the truck are typically misleading. It’s annoying to find out there are $2 in fees and $10 in taxes bringing my $19.99 advertised Rate to $32.11 before I even step into the truck. Although I’m sure there is some tiny print somewhere, I’m used to these kind of tactics, it would be refreshing to see a “FLAT ADVERTISED RATE” so I knew what I was getting.. it’s just the annoying principal of the thing. Besides that... it’s pretty much what I would expect from a truck rental..The trucks are decent, heat and AC usually work and the rear dome light and the after hours return is a positive benefit

The truck reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad it actually made my sinuses hurt. Also, I find it poor business practice that all the trucks are given out with only a quarter of a tank of gas, thus ensuring that customers will be charged the $30 fee if they’re not brought back at 1/4 tank. The person returning ahead of me had this very issue as well.

Our $29.99 15ft truck that we rented for 24 hours, but got done in 8 hours. When we returned the truck we got the real bill. $180.04! Absolutely ridiculous! Won't do it again.

The gas tank wasn't full when I rented the van. I went 20 miles and it took over four gallons to fill. Ridiculous. And yet nothing is done. I am disappointed that I had to be penalized because someone else wasn't verified.

Called in the morning to rent a ten foot van for an in town move and it was ready by 1:15pm. Justin was friendly and got our truck checked-out and checked back in super fast. The truck was very clean, and the office was well kept as well. We definitely recommend this location!
