Friendly customer service but it took 45 minutes to get the truck because the computer systems were down or running very slow.

Adequate staffing
Thomasine BI had a tire that almost came off of the trailer. I watch tires cause I am in a wheelchair because of a tire. This was very terrifying cause if I had not noticed the tire wobbling, it would have flew off in the next 30 min. At 65mph.

Carey WTruck had a check engine light which turned out to be an evap leak. Apparently there was a breach in the gas filler tube or a connector n the tank. When I filled it up to full it did not stop and spilled around 4 gallons of gas under the truck.. not cheap at $4 a gallon. Would have been nice to know before driving and filling the tank all the way

Sunday OIt took them 30 minutes to give us our deposit back. It was like they didn't want to give it back. Poor service.
kim gI got the U-Haul. Immediately felt low on power. I get to my apartment to start packing, I shut it off, go to my new house, ruins my entire driveway with a 8x8 inch oil spot. It started puking oil. I get done unloading and bring it back to the U-Haul drop off location in Brentwood. I shut it off, and it pukes oil. Unbelievable that this is th vehicles they are renting to people. Not to mention now im responsible for cleaning th oil spill off the driveway of a RENTAL HOME!!!
Dalton MTo be transparent it was raining, although nothing torrential at the time of drop. I arrived at equipment drop off line and waited at least 10 minutes, which lead me to get out of truck, walk into back door area where 3 employees were just sitting there not wanting to do anything because of the rain. Totally unprofessional, ride and downright disrespectful behavior.

joseph eI ordered a uhaul for a colleague to move some office furniture out of state. We had a two day rental starting at 8 am. The person picking it up had a meeting change times and ended up not getting it until a few hours later. Apparently if you don’t pick it up within 30 mins of your stated start time they give it up. Are you kidding me? People work. Plans come up. I still paid and reserved for it. Maybe next time call to ask where we are instead of canceling it. Ask if we need more time. Customer service.

Xavious GPulled the truck up and waited for about five minutes. It was raining outside and no one would come out. I ended up going into the building and three guys were just sitting around the door. They need to be a bit more proactive.

Anne SI prefer not to have to use my phone when picking up the truck. Having to scan my driver's license and verify the truck's condition used to be tasks performed by employees. Doing those things myself with my personal phone seems unprofessional and inconvenient. I would pay more at a different truck rental location not to have to do that.
James FBoth visors in the truck were broken. Even on the driver side it’s just hanging in front of you as you drive. And the truck smelled bad.

CHARLES BThere was a homeless person in the back of the truck! I was walking around the truck when the back door came sliding up. Scared the crap out of me. I asked her to leave and she did without issue. Truck was not ready for pick up. Location was not very well lit for after dark pickup. Especially in a questionable area of town.

JENIFER SNo one told me that extending a reservation cost more than the reservation rate, which cost me hundreds of extra dollars. This usage was due to the ice storm, a natural disaster, so I feel scammed.
Robert RCame back to drop off vehicle and no one came to check me out. Had to walk around to front for building to drop off keys to someone who didn’t even acknowledge I was there. There were 4 employees there talking to each other and had no interest in me. He Took the keys and didn’t say a word. The smell of pot was everywhere. I’ll go to a different location next time.
