les hDid not like that the truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas when picking up. Had to stop for gas soon after getting it.
BRADLEY SHad nothing but trouble paid 1300 dollars to rent made it 5 miles down road had a blow out sat on side of highway 3 hours waiting on someone to come change it had to just start the truck every time I turned it off not a good experience

brett kLife is such that I have repeatedly needed a trailer and I’ve rented everyone of them from the Wedgewood location. I think I can say with quite a bit of certainty that this location is well run, well staffed, and they make it easy for old guys like me to pickup and drop off equipment. Thanks to them all.
Jeffrey HCharged me for extra gas when the gauge was between the actual amount of 1/4 versus 1/8. Offered to refund it I could come back in the next 30 minutes. That's ridiculous. Also I was overcharged by UHAUL.

Little FI am annoyed that the staff marked the tank as 1/2 full when I got home and looked at the gauge it was 3/8 full. My daughter picked up the truck and it made me feel like she was taken advantage of. The tank is $115 to fill up so 1/8 of a tank is about $12. This is upsetting to me that I needed to put extra gas in the truck.

John MThis survey incorrectly lists/repeats the pickup location as the dropoff location. I rented the truck 1-way for an out-of-state move. The dropoff location was Fort Mitchell Tradining Post and Hardware in Fort Mitchell, AL. Prior to dropping of the truck, I drove to the location and talked with an employee prior to closing to ensure I knew where they would like me to park the truck. The store employee was helpful and and everything was clearly marked. 5 stars for the location. I have a suggestion for the dropoff process. I rented a U-Haul dolly. When I went to dropoff the truck the instructions noted that I had to padlock the cargo door so that the dolly couldn't be stolen. I had to go buy a padlock. I used a combo lock to secure the truck during my move. I was not aware that I would have to obtain and donate a padlock to secure the dolly. I watched YouTube videos and read through information on how to use the self pickup/dropoff throught the U-Haul app. If there was any information about the requirement to provide/donate a padlock to secure the truck on dropoff, I must have missed it. I suggest that U-Haul let customers who are renting dollies or other U-Haul moving equipment or supplies know up front about this requirement.

kenneth wMario is Terrific. He's Very knowledgeable, wicked helpful and goes the extra mile, which is a happy surprise these days; especially in stressful moments like moving. On two separate occasions I asked two separate employees questions; (1) about products and the reply was always, "I don't know." (2) asked about pushing pickup time 2 hrs and was told no guarantee for a truck. The manager overheard and said of course you can move your time and walked the employee through the easy process. Maybe a little more staff training needed?? Overall, I've used this location a few times and have been very happy with trucks and staff. Again, big Kudos to Mario and the manager.

Paul CWell first off I e rented 2 uhauls in the past couple months and this time I wasn’t in the system so I had to do a bunch of unnecessary crap which I dislike. Then the truck I got was so raggedy that I couldn’t get over 45-50 before it felt like the frame was going to snap because of the violent shaking it was so bad it caused my furniture to shift loose. That is not something I would recommend to anyone let alone a friend.

CARLTON WHave always had great experience with U-Haul. This rental a different story. Horrible from start to finish including getting overcharged for mileage that has been filed as a complaint. I have pictures. Shame on U-Haul!!!
