You charged me for gas when I put gas in it. I only went 13 miles. No one even came out to the truck and checked the readings when I returned it. Employees were just sitting in the garage talking to each other. Also walking lights all were flashing in the dash board throughout trip.

PATRICK DTruck had multiple warning lights come on right after driving off the lot. Truck also only had an 8th of a tank. Return directions are contradictory. Says return with the same fuel you left with, but you must return with at least 1/4 tank to avoid a $30 fine. Since my tank was at 1/8, this implies I must give Uhaul free gas.
Kyle WTook quite awhile for someone to come out; had to go looking for someone. Also, they just took the keys and said goodbye without inspection of vehicle or receipt. A receipt was sent by email shortly but no way at the time of check-in to be sure there were no issues (which of course there weren't).

VINCENT GI’m sure this was a well-maintained vehicle. However, it did appear to have a suspension problem on the highway, both loaded and unloaded at speeds of 40-60 MPH. We returned it early to its drop off location in Madison, TN, and asked for another truck that didn’t shake seemingly uncontrollably. We were told we could only purchase another rental, which we did to get our move done. But that part of the experience, which had nothing to do with the Wedgewood team, was horrendous and turned me off of U-haul forever.

JOHN BMarco was an incredibly good CSR and excellent at hooking up the trailer! My return was not recorded properly and I was charged and extra day, but I have disputed it because I returned it the prior day at 1:30PM 8/11/25. My receipt said I returned it at 6:44AM on 8/12/25 which was incorrect.

Joshua SWhile I agreed my truck was clean and well maintained, it was a little rough, with a few dings, scratches and sun visors that didn't stay in place. And I had a hard time figuring out how to make the AC work on a very warm day, which is not the problem of U-haul or its personnel. I finally figured it out, and it worked great. Bottom line, my local U-haul dealer had what I needed, when I needed at a fair price.

Joshua EI reserved a dolly when I made my reservation 2 days ahead of time. When we arrived we saw the dolly in our moving van, however, when we were completing our reservation using the UHaul app I noticed the dolly had been removed from the van and was no longer on my reservation. When I asked about it I was told all the dollies had been rented out.
JENNIFER MFor a simple 5x8 trailer pickup w/resv, it took me 45 minutes. First, I waited while the worker stood at the door of the garage area on the telephone. Then I went inside, waited my turn and w/o gathering any information, was greeted with “someone will meet you in the back”. Returned to the lot to watch the same gentleman walk around the lot on the telephone for another 15 min. I returned to the desk and again w/o being greeted was told “a text has been sent to your phone”. Progress. I uploaded all the information and was told again someone would meet me in the back. I go back to the lot and the same guy, while continuing his personal call, connected my trailer. The lights didn’t work correctly, so he replaced the lighting harness and attached the safety chains all while talking on the telephone. We never spoke other than his directions of “turn on your hazards” and “pull around.”, I just rechecked all the connections b/c he was distracted and I didn’t want the trailer coming off on the interstate. Return back to the office for the 4th time to be told to upload pictures of the trailer. Took me almost an hour. I reccomend another location if possible. Equipment works well tho.

KENNETH GThe service was great overall with the employees. The truck, however had some very clear maintenance issues. Upon entering the cab, there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke. The visor over the driver side was missing a clip on one side and constantly was falling down and obstructing my view from the windshield. While driving, I noticed that the alignment was pretty far off. The steering wheel would have to be at 11 o clock just to drive it straight. The tire pressure indicator was also going off frequently. On top of this- which by itself wouldn’t be a huge issue- the fuel level on my contract was marked as a quarter tank. Upon entering and turning on the truck, the indicator clearly was at 3/8 of a tank- a difference of 4-5 gallons of gas. The employees were responsive when I told them about these issues upon returning the truck.
ADAM SI was charged for an extra day despite returning it on time. This is very unprofessional and had to contact customer service to get a refund.

MITCHELL FLast minute, no problem here. Every employee contact from the GM to the return attendant was exceptional. No knock on other uhaul locations but this was the best.

FRANCES JI waa charged for not bringing the fuel to the correct level. Over $80. I filled it up correctly myself. Now I'm getting an email that I didn't return the 2 trucks. Not sure how they checked in the 2 truck and charged me for fuel, but at the same time, say I did not return the trucks.
TYRONE MThe people working here were friendly and helpful. If you need help, though, don’t wait to ask. Ask. Needed one extra day and got it. Tried for one more day and got to keep truck a few extra hours. Having the truck was very helpful getting item from storage to our home.
