There is zero chance the truck would pass inspection. It smelt like cigarettes and the steering wheel was completely out of sync, it had to be turned left to stay straight, very difficult to drive safely. It started shaking over 40mph. No to mention the workers that would be incredibly annoyed that I was there and looked miserable. They were rude too. Night and day experience from my previous uhaul reservation. Terrible location.

RACHEL TAuto transport was given to me with no crank handle at the top of the trailer jack stand and the jack was lowered halfway and could not be raised into a safe position. Road side service had to come to our house the day before departing to install a new one. Driver side door mirror was loose and kept lowering. Had to be readjusted every twenty miles or so on a 2400 mile trip. Inconvenient. Auto transport tire blew half way on our trip in the middle of the desert. Took three hours for road side service to bring us a new tire.

JEFFREY HOnline I was quoted one price. Came to get my equipment and it was $200 more. I think they took advantage because I was a woman. I’ll never rent from U-Haul again.
Satema JI was charged $47 for fuel when I only drove 10 miles round trip. No one was inside the store when I arrived and even though I checked in on the mobile app on time, I still did not get the keys until 20 minutes after my reservation started.
Andrea HWhen I pulled into the location, all of the spots were full to drop off the trailer from the employees not moving the other moving trucks. This caused me to have to pull VERY close to the truck in front and still block the sidewalk. When I walked in there were 2 employees fighting, at first they were talking loudly, then screaming, then a full fist fight. This was around 4:15 - 4:30PM on Monday the 16th. Eventually I was able to move up and drop the trailer.

ALYSSA PHello, I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience I had when returning my U-Haul truck to your Wedgewood location in Nashville. I returned the truck today around 4:15–4:20 PM. Initially, a staff member was going to have me drop the truck off without completing a checkout. I asked him if I could use the app to check out, since that allows me to take photos for documentation. He agreed and handed the keys back to me. No big deal. After I completed the return via the app, I attempted to give the keys back to another staff member that was very rude for no apparent reason. He was a thin individual with a short hairstyle. He rudely grabbed the keys from me and said, “Give me that, bruh. Damn.” He then immediately handed the keys to another customer. It’s also worth noting that my return wasn’t due until Monday, so there was no reason for any urgency or frustration on their part. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any worker before. It has left me questioning whether I’ll use U-Haul again in the future. I hope this behavior is addressed internally to prevent similar experiences for future. Regards, Parker Ferguson

Shawn BThe truck I rented was clean, but the truck was pretty old and beat up. Probably suitable for "in-town" rental, but not for a days drive to another state. To be honest I wasn't entirely sure the truck would make it. The personnel at this location were professional and helpful. I would recommend this location.
Mark HVery busy and slow when trying to get checked out not as much a reflection of the employee seems to be a process issue. Overall rating U-Haul the reservation feature is worthless make sure you call before you try to pickup equipment.
TERRY FThe worst customer experience I have experienced at any store. The parking lot attendant that helped me in the early morning needs to find a new career. When I first arrived, the he yelled something as I got out of my car so I waited for him to finish his task and come closer. As he came up he asked what I was towing and responded with "you gone fuck up your transmission." He said that Tesla's should not be towing to which I said "ok". He refused to hook up the trailer to my vehicle as he said "it's too low". I offered to connect the chains and have him inspect it afterwards but he kept saying "slow down" and "you gone fuck up your transmission." After he was unable to connect the chains, he called for help and had another attendant that was able to help me. I will not be back to this location and I advise others do the same.

Hayley P2.5 hour delay employees not ready with equipment...items ordered not included in truck had to depend on movers to supply furniture pads..dolly etc...and final destination had no compassion so I had to tt supervisor to change drop off location overall was a nightmare
