Employees inside were rude and unprofessional. Breona had an attitude the minute I walked in the door. She did not speak or greet me , she starrred at me as i waited at the desk, and I had to say hello and share my needs . She appeared irritated with every question I had. Immediately told me the vehicle I needed was not available, although I had a reservation set . Not once did she ask if I had the vehicle on reserve or nothing. Just out right we don’t have it . One employee was talking to someone on her personal cellphone right at the counter and didn’t not say anything to customers . It was just a mess . It’s not like we were getting a free service . I’m highly disappointed in U-Haul and surprised that this is the standard of customer service provided . Disgusting customer service

Al and his boys did a fantastic job helping us move out of our apartment and storage unit into our home! Got everything done in 3hrs and didn’t have to lift a finger. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some help moving!

I've rented at this location before and it's a quick pick up and drop off process. There are a lot of vehicles at this location so a great spot to find a rental and for local area moving. The staff inside and outside were friendly and quick to assist. Parking your vehicle initially seemed a bit limited, but they instructed where to park if leaving a car for the day so that was not an issue. I would definitely rent from here again.

Saturday and 1 employee in the office 6 people waiting to get helped you must have patience yet the gal working there is very nice …. Get her some help … dropped my trailer off and the next day I get a message that the trailer was still in my posession …. Someone not doing their job…. Gotta get ahold of the situation at this location …. Customer service needs attention…. Have rented from a few uhauls in the south fl area this one is the worst I’ve been to ….

The only probe I had with our U-Haul trailer was we ended up with a very very old one which made a lot of noisee and it was a lil dirty inside and during our 2,770 mile trip we felt a newer trailer would have been a better choice for that long of a trip. Other then that I have used U-Haul many trips and years.and I am usually very happy

Improve communication between your online booking program, customer service, and your stores— I was given a truck that broke down fifteen minutes into using. My experience with the customer service texting line was miserable. No one was tracking my file or my previous messages, service reps were repeating questions that had already been answered and sending ride share to wrong pickup locations. When I finally made it back to the store the “replacement” vehicle that I had been assigned was *also* a downed vehicle, because whoever in customer service assigned the vehicle didn’t check the status board of the store. The entire experience was wasteful, inconvenient, and completely threw off my logistical itinerary which affected the personnel I had scheduled to help with the move.

I was pulled over for a broken tail light and was outside for 45mins on the side of the road due to a broken tail light . I advised the young man at the location drop off and asked him what I was suppose to do he said just leave the truck keys in the truck . That was very poor customer service and would like a refund for my time

It would be nice to not have to spend time scrubbing and sanitizing the vehicle before I can feel comfortable using it. The past two rentals have been pretty nasty when I received them and I don’t want to end up sick due to touching other people’s biological waste and fluids that can clearly be seen on everything. There is always lots of animal fur all over the seats and I spend way too much time cleaning. I am now in the habit of bringing my cleaning supplies to the pick up because I know I will have to do some cleaning and sanitizing before I can leave with it. Also I would like the option of choosing the Ford because it is designed to work with the user. I seem to get the worst thing on the lot most times as I see the nicer vans just sitting. U-Haul is closer to me so it is more convenient for me to use U-Haul, but Budget gives me clean and up to date vehicles if I use them so when I just don’t have the time or the energy to clean your van I go a bit further to budget knowing that it will be sanitary and driver friendly . With U-Haul I have to be the one that makes sure that the next driver doesn’t have to clean before use. I always bring it back in much better condition than I receive it and more gas just to be sure there are no questions about that so I think I deserve to get treated like I am appreciated once and a while. The contract states that you except the vehicle to be returned clean but it seems that I am the only one complying with that rule and the yard guys don’t seem to think it is their responsibility to see that it is clean for the next customer. Other than that everything else went well.

You should park the vehicles to where the customer can conveniently access it so they can get on the road without eating up the time that they paid for it, the 1st vehicle was wedged in between 2 other vehicles. Truck was running hot and the windshield wipers were not working, AC was running hot and belt was squealing.

I have mixed feelings about my recent visit to this U-Haul location. While the individual staff members seem capable, the overall workflow and professional atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Upon arriving, I had to wait over 10 minutes just to speak with a representative. What made the wait particularly frustrating was watching two staff members standing around talking, joking, and bantering with each other. It’s never a great look when customers are ignored in favor of social hour. When I finally did get to the counter, the experience improved significantly. The representative I worked with was efficient, friendly, and clearly experienced. They handled the paperwork quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. Unfortunately, the efficiency at the desk didn’t translate to the lot. There was only one attendant responsible for retrieving all the trucks. I ended up waiting again just to actually get into my vehicle. Even though the front-desk person was great, the lack of urgency from the rest of the team and the understaffed lot made the process much longer than it needed to be. On the whole, I would prefer to use a different location for my next move.

Upon leaving when checking the truck is inconvenient when you have so much to do and if a customer is stress or on a time frame checking truck taking pictures is a real inconvenient.

Ohhhhh the list is longgggg I wrote a google review on the west palm location it was so bad the whole staff and management needs to go through training or need more supervision!!! I almost thought about disputing my cc transaction the experience was so bad. review is under and I should get a refund but I doubt anyone reads these or anything ever gets done to retrain this staff. Sad to see such a good brand ruin its name.

My experience with the assistant manager when I picked the trailer was great. But then they were unable to install the ball on my hitch because the air compressor was not working. I ended up using there tools to install it myself. And drop off was just as bad. The drive way was blocked with another customers truck that they returned no one was in a rush to move it. And then when I needed to replace the ball on my hitch again no one was around to help so I again took it upon myself to borrow tools and change the ball back. Again the girl at the desk was great. But everything else was terrible.

Having staff that know how to use their own web interface. Work on efficiency, waited over an hour to pick up my rental. Staff was very rude and lazy. Only one person in that store wanted to work, knew what they were doing, and was kind despite having to perform multiple roles due to other employees being incapable he was a middle aged man with a beard. Shortly after leaving with the rental I realized it was too large and called the store immediately to hopefully get a smaller one, they said no “it’s my problem till I drop it off “, they didn’t have the inventory so I offered to drive to any location within an hour to hopefully swap for a smaller one and that I’d be okay if there was a fee. They hung up on me with no resolution even attempted. This would be more forth u haul rental, first from this location and it was such a negative experience I may never want to utilize U-Haul again which is unfortunate as I move every year to a different state.

They keep trying to charge me for equipment I already returned I have time stamped photos of dropping off the trailer the same day I tried calling and they just keep putting me on hold they suck and there job and they are rude the only person that was helpful was the white lady there and the Haitians were rude to the white lady while I was in the office renting the trailer get rid of your trash employees the Haitians and the place would be alot better

There were critters crawling in the drivers cab of the truck. Need to put some roach baits inside the cab. Other than that everything else was good.

Make sure the vehicle/trailer is checked in when it returns to lot, not 3 hrs after it’s returned. Mandatory magnetically sweeping the lot for screws and nails that customers and your vehicles pick up in tires. I picked up a half of handful just driving in the premises,when I got out of my truck.

Over all everything went well with the truck everything was on and working I needed an extra two days with the truck and the extended fee was very acceptable and affordable . The only thing is that my truck had the flat tire signal on when I got it but other than that I would come again and use this u-hauls locations services again! Thank you guys so much!

The van was parked so close in between a trailer and other van, I’m surprised I didn’t hit one trying to get it out. The parking lot is very dim in a location that had multiple homeless people hanging around the property. I was stuck having to call to get my reservation renewed and was there for an hour trying to get it resolved.

Well everything went very smooth! The CS was excellent everyone was very polite and helpful. Honestly the only thing that would’ve made it better was maybe if I got some kind of a prize or something lol because the service was great and I got what I needed in a timely manner
