Acknowledge the customer. I went to pick up my my rental on a Tuesday morning at 8am October the 16th, 2018. When I walked in the lady at the counter was having a conversation with another employee. I literally had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her coworker before acknowledged me.

Put a $250 deposit down and assumed I would be receiving that back after they charge me an additional $250. Instead they held deposit for a week before it was returned. Will not do business with them again

The staff at the Clewiston location stole almost $200 from my account. I returned the truck at the location around 2:00 pm or a little after 2. They have a camera to view to verify this. A few days later someone from the store charged my card. This is a very small place and I find it hard to believe the story they informed the Police officer because I did report it to the local authorities. This matter needs to be investigated so that no other customers are violated. I will never be use this location again and if I have to rent a truck I pray that another no company will be available so I don't have to use Uhaul services ever again!

My worst experience EVER! There was only one attendant. The other was helping a woman to wrap a package with tape... and a lot of people waiting on line. I rented a small van to move a refrigerator for 1hour and 30 min... I was not told about the charge for miles... so I have to pay 89 bucks for 1:30 and 37 miles... so... I will make my review on Google and facebook as well... So NEVER MORE!!!!!!

It would be nice to be told of charges prior to agreeing to rent. I was not told of the extra charge for using the trolley that already comes with the truck until I was picking up my truck.

I had a real problem with the vehicle because there was no way to adjust the steering wheel and I couldn't see over the steering wheel even though I had put my own personal pad on the seat to raise my self up it wasn't enough and the steering wheel I had to look between the steering wheel to drive

We used the mobile pick up for the truck. It was a really nice process, however it could be improved even more if there was an actual box to pick up the keys from versus having to wait in line inside the store. Waiting probably added 20 minutes to the total process.

The check in process was horrendous but seems to be caused by U-Haul corporate IT issues. 1. The online check-in does not work on my iPhone. This is true for the web-page and the App. On the last page the check boxes to accept terms require reading the agreements but when clicking to open the agreements there is no way to close and get back to the window with the check boxes. 2. After arriving at the U-Haul facility the computers connection to U-Haul servers caused more than an hour delay in check-in. They finally had to replace my contract with a walk-in reservation. 3. Also of note is that I initially reserved a truck at the Coral Springs, FL location only to receive a call later in the day telling me that the selected truck was not availble.

This is the second drop off location we were sent to. The first location was 1011 Caroline Street WPB Florida. The first location is no longer a participating uhaul location. And due to the fact that I had to go to another location (one for the truck and one for the trailer) made me late past the time due. Bother locations appologizec and printed the paperwork for me so I can call on Monday about this uhaul mistake. I was frustrated that because of the 800 number sent me to a location that does not participate with uhaul and that cause me to have to pay for an additional day for the truck and the trailer.

The original drop off location (1011 Caroline) is no longer a uhaul location. We had to drive to another location and was accessed another day due to the incorrect records uhaul has. Was told to call the 800 to complain. These locations really do not care about customer service they only care about money. And how can uhaul as a company not know where their pick up and drop off locations are? Will get Penske next time even if it costs more.

Not too sure about recommendation. There were delays in the truck pickup, no furniture dolly provided as requested when I made reservation 5 days earler and SERIOUS PROBLEMS with my request for dropoff location in Port St. Lucie! I was texted that I had to drop the truck at a UHaul location much farther from my requested dropoff. Particularly disturbing was the claim by your Rep JEREMY that if I didn't leave it at their designated location I would be charged DOUBLE?? There was NO SUPERVISOR available at 4:30 P.M. on Saturday, Sept. 29th when I requested to speak to one. After I balked at this and stated that I would NOT PAY THAT, JEREMY accomodated me by changing the location to nearby Jennings Rd. I don't understand why your records don't include A1+ STORAGE off U.S. 1 in Port St. Lucie, just before SPANISH LAKES ONE. This would be an ideal dropoff location, especially for Retirees moving there. Because of these reasons, I would NOT recommend UHAUL
