The full process was very good and easy. My only complaint is with the interior of the truck, was really dirty

MICHAEL MHaving staff that know how to use their own web interface. Work on efficiency, waited over an hour to pick up my rental. Staff was very rude and lazy. Only one person in that store wanted to work, knew what they were doing, and was kind despite having to perform multiple roles due to other employees being incapable he was a middle aged man with a beard. Shortly after leaving with the rental I realized it was too large and called the store immediately to hopefully get a smaller one, they said no “it’s my problem till I drop it off “, they didn’t have the inventory so I offered to drive to any location within an hour to hopefully swap for a smaller one and that I’d be okay if there was a fee. They hung up on me with no resolution even attempted. This would be more forth u haul rental, first from this location and it was such a negative experience I may never want to utilize U-Haul again which is unfortunate as I move every year to a different state.

Ralph RThey keep trying to charge me for equipment I already returned I have time stamped photos of dropping off the trailer the same day I tried calling and they just keep putting me on hold they suck and there job and they are rude the only person that was helpful was the white lady there and the Haitians were rude to the white lady while I was in the office renting the trailer get rid of your trash employees the Haitians and the place would be alot better

ANTONIO CMake sure the vehicle/trailer is checked in when it returns to lot, not 3 hrs after it’s returned. Mandatory magnetically sweeping the lot for screws and nails that customers and your vehicles pick up in tires. I picked up a half of handful just driving in the premises,when I got out of my truck.

TERRY POver all everything went well with the truck everything was on and working I needed an extra two days with the truck and the extended fee was very acceptable and affordable . The only thing is that my truck had the flat tire signal on when I got it but other than that I would come again and use this u-hauls locations services again! Thank you guys so much!
Melissa GThe van was parked so close in between a trailer and other van, I’m surprised I didn’t hit one trying to get it out. The parking lot is very dim in a location that had multiple homeless people hanging around the property. I was stuck having to call to get my reservation renewed and was there for an hour trying to get it resolved.

EDUARDO GHad trouble with lock,called and was told bring it back don't break or u will be charged bout some lock grafite sprayed in lock go it open and truck had a ton of Deb I had to clean it and wash out so my furniture would not be ruined,and usually when renting a U-Haul it's full and u must bring back full,mine was less than a quarter,so this was a problem that I will not go back to that location again my usal location is on A1A in Palm Beach gardens that never has a problem
THOMAS RAlthough the truck was fine, I experience horrible customer service. I could not understand what the clerks inside were saying as they were mumbling and didn't enunciate their words. I ordered a furniture dolly and paid for it, but was only told they didn't have one available when I went around to get the truck. The clerks inside told me I could take an appliance dolly. I asked the maintenance personnel outside for a utility dolly and rudely pointed and told me to get it. The maintenance personnel entirely lacked pleasantries and could not be bothered. Additionally, the sheet indicated that there was more gas in the tank than there actually was. This was very disappointing.

WILLIAM SMessed up reservation, moved pickup and drop off location, no space left at drop off location, wrong dolly given, charged for 3 miles over when it was their fault for changing the drop off location. Would not recommend at all.
CHLOE DI had an error message on the dash board. when I inquired about it I was told "it's okay a faulty sensor".

ADRIAN SThey hooked the trailer up to my truck. There was a mountain of snow between so it didn’t hook on flat. I was driving home and luckily, I noticed the trailer bounced off the ball and was bouncing around and it wound up framing into the back of my truck and caused damage to a brand new truck.

EVA VThe truck I received was poorly maintained and very bad shape. Phone charger port did not work so I could not charge my phone. Neither the driver door and the passenger door will not close without using excessive force when you press on the brakes it feels like the truck is dying and the flap on the back of the truck got stuck and I couldn’t get it down for about 30 minutes so I was stuck with Furniture in the back of the truck unable to move. The truck I was driving had no business being rented.
FABIOLA JTerrible experience with U-Haul. After a flat tire, their technician left equipment under the truck that completely immobilized it, ruining our entire moving schedule. To make matters worse, U-Haul refused to compensate us for the damage they caused. We still had to pay for an extra day even though it was their fault. Avoid this company.

GODWIN OGreat experience. Booked online the same morning for an 4x7 trailer and they were ready to go when I got there. The check in attendant was also prompt and assisted with a smooth drop off. Would definitely use them again when needed.

MATTHEW JHire me to work along side your other well organized team of experts currently maintaining the yard and its responsibilities to your clients As i came in to return my rental van @6:30am I just barely found room to fit in and I started to wonder if any one was working . Once I got out of the van and started towards the open bay, I met up with the only person out there and it happened to be a young lady This particular morning was a rare South Fl. 44 degrees out. The worker was busy getting vehicles checked in as expediently as possible all alone. I explained that I was dropping off the van and to my surprise she acknowledged me in a very pleasant attitude and she even gave me a bit of a smile as she instructed me as to where I should leave the key. I rent vehicles from this location quite often and I normally dread having to deal with the young ladies behind the counter due to the very unpleasant attitudes that clearly show they would rather not be bothered with customers. As I witnessed.here carrying on with her duties and the enormous work load before her I truly wanted to pitch in and start working with her . There were more vehicles pulling in as fast as she moved one ahead. As great of a job as she was doing on her own it was clearly a two person job making it an overall, faster and a safer work place. I am an excellent driver with over 40 years of a safe driving record and free of any incidents while operating a motor vehicle. My record Includes years of OT R . driving experience I am now retired and in search of a few days of work each week as a means to stay active , earn a small wage to make ends meat ,and help contribute to making your business run more efficient and cost effective. I indicated earlier that this overall experience has been one of the most satisfying and pleasant as of yet and it would be an honor to know that I am a necessary part of the team that makes it happen.
LINDA PPoor and disrespectful customer service. The person at the front desk, young male in his 20’s sent me to do his job. Wanted to send me outside to retrieve the trailer number when they changed me the trailer because the one they gave me was closer. I told him I didn’t know what number it was and asked him if he could go outside to retrieve it and his exact words were “hell no! I ain’t going anywhere, hell no!. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional and unacceptable.
MARCELO RThis was not the location I was supposed to drop off that I scheduled during my reservation. Nobody called me to tell me the location changed so I drove extra miles out of my way to drop this off. Very inconvenient location to go and wasted extra gas and time.

GODWIN OI reserved a 15’ Truck and a toy Hauler Trailer to get my F-150 pick up truck from Delray Beach to Tennessee and the trailer wasn’t there for me for about two hours wait time until the customer brought it back but I was compensated for it so overall I was very pleased

GREGORY LThis location has stepped up it’s customer service in the pass month, we rent trailer weekly for the pass year and they are doing so much better. However we think you should consider having a separate line for reservation customers. Reservation customers should not have to wait in line with walk ins.?
