This location was understaffed with only one guy and at least 6 people waiting as the store opened. He handled it with such grace and was to help each customer while engaging with those who were in line. I wish I wrote down his name. Truly, great employee and under difficult circumstances did a great job.
Karla EIt took over an hour to get my trailer. Luke was there by himself busting his ass. Can't believe that only 1 person was working the counter. There was 8 people waiting in line. We all felt bad for him. But he was running and trying his best.
BRENT EEthan gave me by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Kids with attitudes like him ruin places. Totally unwilling to help. Did not care. Refuse to accept a return. Never offered a receipt. Might have said 10 words the whole time we interfaced. Management should not allow this. I’d rather drive to another place than deal with someone like him.
RUBEN PIt appears this location charged me a cleaning fee. Never happened before. The trailer was clean. I do not believe this fee is legitimate fee, this fees like a retaliation fee for delivering the trailer after the office closed.
AARON BThey didn’t have the dolly I ordered and gave me a truck with a 1/4 of tank of gas. Employees acted that I inconvenienced them by coming in.

THERESA WEverything was fine until I returned the car hauler. The male employee told me to just leave it where I had parked and un-hitch it. I asked him if he could help me un-hitch it and he acted like it was a major inconvenience for him. I waited for him to help me but he was too busy vacuuming out a truck. So, I took it upon myself to do his job for him and I had to ask him again to help me because the trailer would not raise up enough to clear the ball. After I went to where he was I told him what was going on and he finally came over to help me get the trailer raised enough to clear the ball. He clearly needs to work on his customer skills.

Ben AWhile the staff was excellent, personable and helpful, I’m sad to say that this was the third store in the same day that I had been sent to as U-Haul made me chase metro Orlando for an auto transport. Not satisfied with U-Haul.

BARBARA RBetter communications about not taking all the equipment at the time of rental. I went back the next day for the tow dolly and was charged the rate of not having a reservation when actually on my original contract I did. I was not told by not taking the dolly with the truck, I was put on a new reservation that did not include the do;;y.

Jack GI was not able to return the equipment right on time by 30 minutes and asked for grace on no extra charge. They person helping is was on his phone looking at whatever and said he would ask his manager for the waving of the extra $29 . He went outside to check the truck which lasted longer than usual and sat on the drivers seat to again stay on his phone. Returned and said his “manager said no to the grace and when I asked why, he proceeded to say the truck had to be clean and I argued no and asked what part and where. He mentioned there was a lizard alive ( which probably entered when the door opened obviously )in the back of the truck which made absolutely no sense. And the truck was indeed not dirty. He wasn’t paying me any mind and refused to give me a viable answer. They guys was incompetent,!unhelpful, uneducated and plain rude. I will no go back to this U haul

JOHN FI was not given a copy of the rental agreement before leaving with the Cargo Trailer. The information on the rental agreement written up by Ethan N was for the WRONG cargo trailer (and wrong license plate number). When I checked in Ethan N said that there were no trailers of the one I pre-ordered available. He was incorrect and when I questioned this, he determined there were trailers available. He did help me get the trailer hooked up. I got a text from UHaul and that is what alerted me to the contract being written up with the wrong trailer information. When I returned the equipment, Joseph B was very helpful and attentive. Joseph B said he would correct the agreement information and email me a copy.

MARK LI opted for self service and after the 15 minute scavenger hunt to get the truck.. the truck was not parked in the spot shown in the picture. The truck was also blocked in by two other trucks and did not have the equipment I rented in the truck. I had to go inside which was a 25 min wait for only 2 people in front of me.. which then found out the didn’t have both dolleys I requested. When I returned the truck the key drop off shown and mentioned in the app did not look like the picture and it was not located where it said it would be. Overall very annoying and stressful experience on an already stressful moving day.

JOSEPH EBefore getting the keys to the truck the two employees coming into each other that the vehicle they were giving us had been ragged out by the previous renter. There were trash in the vehicle and dents and dings on the left side of the cab. We took pictures. Not thinking much more past that we loaded the vehicle and started down Interstate 4. Once we were at 40 miles an hour and I touched the break to slow down for a car in front of me the vehicle pulled sharply to the right. This continued to happen every time I hit the break for 25 miles until we got to our location in park the vehicle. 9:00 a.m. the following morning we attempted to contact this location. We ended up getting the corporate office. We explain the issue to them they sent out a mechanic. The mechanic said the alignment was shot. He left. My contacted you all again asked him to pick up the vehicle and was told that the mechanic test drove the vehicle when he did not and told U-Haul it was fine. I had to refuse to drive this vehicle for my own safety. Now you are attempting to charge me $300 for faulty equipment that could have killed myself and my husband and damage the equipment.

KYLE GThey do not have a key drop off box. Spent over 30 minutes looking for one after a very long day of moving. Tried to call customer service and got a hold of no one because it was after hours. I got so frustrated I had to just slipped the key with tag through a small slit in the side door.
NICHOLAS SWell it all started with the check in. The gentleman was not friendly at all, and did not answer any questions. I wanted to upgrade to a 5x8 trailer from the 4x8 that I reserved. He did not care and proceeded with the reservation of the 4x8. He also asked if I wanted to add the Safetow insurance I replied no, and I was billed for it. He also said that he did not see my 2003 F150 in the system and asked me if I have a F250.
ARONNE CI cannot think of 1 thing that you could do to improve anything at this location. Check out is always prompt and Cheyanne has always been more than polite. I’m a long time customer & will continue to be one. Love checking in on my phone! I require assistance checking out because I need receipts for my taxes. Thank you so much to all of the employees. I have never had a bad experience here.
THERESE Fthe associate who helped me with my trailer was not helpful at all, I was asking pertinent questions about the trailer and he would begrudgingly give one word answers. Very unimpressed with him.

WILLIAM YThe rental agreement was not gone over with me. I was not aware of the hours the store closed especially because the person checking me out did not go over that with me. I elected for email receipt and was never shown the agreement before leaving with the truck. So I had to pay extra 20 dollars for after hours drop off even though I did not know that until I was dropping off my equipment.
ALISHA HTruck was in great condition, the employees at the store were very helpful and everything went smoothly.
HILLARY SQuoted one price, then charged me almost double. Took out $30 extra over the original receipt. Then charged me another 29.90. They ripped me off.

ADEMOLA AWaited nearly an hour for the location to open and thus to simply grab my keys.
Carlo MAt the time I arrived, there was only one attendant. He was processing new rentals and checking in returns. He was also clearing the returns out of the way. While he did great, the wait time was a bit long and certainly longer than if two attendants were present. I think it is reasonable for a U-Haul store of this size, having two attendants at all times would be a requirement.
JOHN FNeed to retrain staff and teach them that they work with the public. They are not doing me a favor with the nonchalant work ethic and their attitudes.

RUSSELL NService was better than expected. Equipment was nicer than expected. I rented a van and it was waiting for me when I arrived. It wa s a delightful experience that I would definitely do again and would recommend to others.
