Geraldine SMaking a reservation went smoothly. There were lots of reminders before the rental. The staff at the pickup location were friendly and picking up the vehicle was simple. I ran into a problem when I lost the rental truck key (while we were loading; my fault); the staff were helpful in resolving the issue, although it did take a few hours to get a replacement key on a Saturday. I'd advise you NOT to lost the truck key :>)

MICHELE KI’m not happy that I filled the tank before I returned it but it wasn’t full for me. Not ok to have different levels of full! Full means fill the tank but I wasn’t supposed to? I was told to read how to fill the tank after the fact. No way it should have costed almost $50 in gas for 2 x 15 min trips.

RYAN QFuel gauge was lower than described in contract. Made the attendant aware of this but he said this was correct. I drove the van 16km and I was charged for 20 litres of fuel!! Do the math….

The vehicle was well maintained, clean and perfect for what I needed it for. The return process was fast and easy and the final bill was processed quickly. I had a very positive rental experience from start to finish and will definitely rent from this location again!
SCOTT EThe truck was older; it leaked in some boxes from rain. Was accused of stealing blankets. Before that I was told I was at wrong location at that it was not their truck. Oops. Was on wrong computer system. Girl receiving me was icy cordial.
VALERIE Twe rented our truck Saturday to Monday 3-3pm; returned Sunday just before 4pm and were told that we wouldn't have to pay for the extra day. Got charged anyway, the guy didn't answer our question directly during payment time.

Paige LThe fuel level should go out full and return full. There is a few discrepancy. They added $25 in fuel and I only drove the truck 15 km plus I put fuel in there is an error somewhere in the line but I just ate it again. Fill the vehicle full. It should go out full and be returned full just like every other car rental company.

Al AI never got the difference for my bill as there was a hold amount and just over sixty was supposed to come back to me. Unfortunately I had to work so it took me a while to go into the store. When I did go in I was told that a check was sent to my house . Unfortunately they put the wrong address in so nobody knows where the check went. I was given a couple phone numbers to call. I spoke with a lady from u haul on the phone and she took my info and said she would call me back….that was a month ago and I have not received a phone call I would like my money back even if it’s only a small amount

PAUL HFuel charges seem not right and we put gas on it before we return. Still the fuel indicator not showing right and we need to pay extra 16dollars we thinking something wrong with fuel indicator.
