MATTHEW SThe van stalled three times leaving my neighborhood and the motor was struggling to go from first to second gear. When I received the bill on line I noticed that I had been billed for a dolly and blankets which I was told came with the rental. I have since called your office and the over billing was corrected and the amount credited to my Visa.
