the van was empty of gas so I had to put gas in it on my rental time (credit applied at time of rental) and mileage. I had very little time to use the truck to have it back by closing. The fuel gage was not working properly (staff did advise me of this) so when putting in the gas that I had used for the 15 km round trip, I could not tell how much I used so likely put in more than necessary....not a big deal but a little annoying.

When checking in at 10am on a saturday. The app and system doesn’t seem to work properly (system overload I guess?). I was unable to upload the starting photos of the vehicle as the app crashed and took 5 plus minutes per photo to upload. After 2 attempts I just took my own photos and went on my way. When returning the vehicle at a later time, the app worked flawlessly. So coming up with a way to allow the system to work properly under load would be nice
Ryan WI must say I am not a fan of the "do it yourself" vehicle pre-inspection. Also, when it is parked on an incline the gas gauge is not very accurate. Pulled over outside the place on a flat spot and it was even lower. Staff was good but I missed the personal tour of the vehicle.
