No service at the location. Pick up and drop off took so long (40 minute call with corporate trying to verify everything over the phone because you have to be within .25 miles of the location and the location had no service) If using this location do not do the 24/7 check in route.

Nathan KWe were suppost to pick up at 11:30. The business was closed .. they were out on a delivery. We waited 30 mins for them to come back. Nothing. Called uhaul so we could get the key from lock box and the cell phone service was pretty awful. Kept dropping my calls finally got ahold of Uhaul to get code for lock box. Had to push the time of my movers back since I wasn't able to get my uhaul on time. Not the best location. Communication from the pick up spot would of been nice. If they weren't going to be there call and give me the info I need to get my uhaul on time.
Melissa MThe cab was gross. There was a dip container on the seat, peanuts on the floor and wheel was sticky. The gas meter was below the halfway point so they rounded up which means I got screwed of a few gallons of gas. I noticed you do not have a feedback space for the overall company. When I checked out I was texted a link to inspect the truck. But the area has no internet so the link did not work. I drove to the closest town and tried the link but it had expired. I called customer service and they said they would not send out the link again. Nothing happened but it was stressful knowing I had no way to prove I did not do any damage if I was accused of doing it.

Justin SThis has nothing to do with UP Steel, they were great and very helpful, but I have a hell of a time finding an AT for my move. I initially reserved it online at the Crossroads location in Marquette, but when I checked my order the next day, it was completely missing. The location did not have one, but I was able to reserve it anyway. I was able to locate one with the help of the Traffic department(?), but actually reserving one was a big headache on top of the massive headache that is moving in general. I would recommend improving your inventory system to only allow reservations that can actually be fulfilled OR have someone reach out when it's removed from an order.
Sebastian SMake sure you have the equipment I requested at the location I requested it, not some alternate location 15-20 miles away. Originally I requested the truck from Pepp's Motors, a couple of miles from my home. I made the reservation at least two weeks before the pick-up date, and then the day before pick-up, someone called up and said the truck would not be available there and that I would have to drive out of my way to get the truck. You can do better--even if it means hiring a couple of guys to drive and get the trucks that are needed so that they are available at the desired locations.

Bryce ANo WiFi strength at location for promised 24/7 service over the holiday. Truck was ready but blankets and dolly were locked in office (we could see them), not in truck. To get the lockbox code for key, we had to drive back to the Crossroads just for 2 bars of signal strength. Couldn’t receive verification codes needed via text or email. The 800# was helpful but kept wanting to text or email. What part of no signal strength don’t they understand?? It took 48 minutes on the phone; more than an hour delay overall. This location should not advertise 24/7 service without adequate WIFI, plus we NEEDED the dolly & blankets. No response at the local #. Nowhere else to get them on Thanksgiving. As though moving over a holiday isn’t stressful enough? When paying more than $600, I expect what I pay for.
MARK SInside of windows were filthy, but otherwise truck was great! I did not request blankets/pads, and did not receive any, but I was charged for them.
