No unhaul person their just upstate steel. Guy stand,in so no paper work up but had my app he took pic. both driver license and credit card, so when turn in trailer in to my location bad axe mi. no information this was my drop, off received new bill which have charged insurance on trailer which i didn't each want on 1st bill ask why this was added i didn't request this they said someone would call me to take care issue still no call also time emails list thing after in did Sorry but not sure what's going on.

Actually have a uhaul person on site for my appointment. I didn't get paperwork. A worker took photo of my credit card and i.d. which was a little shady.

MARIO RI ordered a truck with moving blankets. The lot I went too said he only had one, it was just laying around the dirty office. I said no thanks.. before this happened I tried to upgrade my truck in size. I was told that shouldn’t be a problem. The day of came the truck was too small, cause he didn’t take care of my requests… now I have to travel 7hrs back up north to make a second trip… all gas I’m paying for and I’ll be reaching out to get reimbursed for the blankets i ordered.
