Keep equipment service up to date service light turn on when I was driving and it had a loud noice

After waiting approximately 40 minutes, the individual responsible for providing me with the truck was occupied with preparing a chicken order. Due to time constraints, I was unable to wait any longer and had to leave. Upon returning three hours later, the on-site clerk insulted me on multiple occasions. Consequently, I decided not to proceed with the rental, yet I noticed a $19 charge on my credit card. This experience has been profoundly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it in my forthcoming Google review. The customer service was horrible!! The employee prioritizes other customers at the gas station and the wait is very long. They also do not help with the delivery process or explain how the vehicle works.

Super expensive to move some items from my endlaws. If you load the truck I get it but no choice to pay if you need to move your stuff. Feel it was to expensive for us

The truck was not ready at the reservation time, they still had to "clean it". They gave me the truck with the lock on the back (which I didn't notice until I got to my destination), so I had to drive back, just to get the combination code since they did not answer the phone, after several attempts. The tires were going flat and the check engine light was on, which made me pretty nervous. The truck was dirty and had leaves in it, it also smelled pretty bad. It's clear as day that they do not maintain their trucks well which is a shame for the prices customers pay to U-Haul. I would absoloutley not recommend this location.

Cuando lo entregué me tocó llenarlo hasta medio tanque por qué me iban a cobrar y no lo corrigió en el sistema computarizado . Es decir pagué más gasolina de lo que consumi …

The truck broke down on the highway and I almost had a crash. U-Haul charged me 400 dollars for no reason. I asked for a refund and the U-Haul manager only refunded 90. I have had no reply from anyone regarding my situation.

Well, what happened was that the people who asistes me did not inspector the Truck when I retienes it later, I received the final charge in my email. Having left the gasoline as they gave it to me, they charged me $13.50 more. That is my bad experience with that place.

Difficult rental since office shared with busy gas station but the service was excellent. The agent that day was very good not sure about other times. A separate rental desk would be good.

I was short about $2 worth of gas to get it to the exact amount on gage and figured it would be fine if charged it would be minimal and how wrong I was. Instead I was charged $9 for fuel and $30 for fuel service extremely ridiculous I'm never renting from uhaul again and I've been a very long time customer and always rent from uhaul. So Penske it is from now on.

I was charge for some blankets I never requested and for some gas too even though I left the gas level at the same point they gave it to me.

It was a little frustrating that I placed my reservation online and once I got there I was re asked what I needed. I had ordered 4-12 packs of furniture pads and got there and was told they were only packs of 6. I pulled up my reservation. And showed the person assisting me and she needed to show another person who then agreed to honor it. I was concerned that my reservation was for 48, and j would have received and returned 24 then would have had to pay for the missing 24 on the back end that i never received. The counter for the uhaul was the same as for the gas station so the representative needed to keep stopping to ring up customers for their gas. Overall it was very frustrating but I did get the kind of truck that I reserved which is what was important.

I had a reservation to pick up the Uhaul truck and still had to wait at least 30 minutes for the clerk to complete paperwork and answer the questions I had already answered when I reserved the truck online. The truck was filthy, and the amount of gas was not correct on the rental agreement. I just left in order to prevent another long delay and wait time.

Car trailer that was rented came with broken straps. Could not properly strap car to the trailer. Employees at location did not do a walk-through or inspection all in all a horrible location to rent any equipment from.

Ese van me lo dieron asqueroso apestaba horroroso llame a reclamar me dijeron que no podían hacer nada qie debía terminar mi contrato . Cojimos la.carretera y en plena lluvia prendimos Lis limpiadores de lluvias las plumas no funcionaba . Para terminar esa horrible experiencia habían cucarachas dentro del cavan tengo fotos de es horrorosa experiencia las cucarachas me dejaron ronchas en las piernas . Tengo los vídeos

Location was not up to par. Inside a gas station. The customer service rep didn’t even come and review the truck with me upon my arrival. When I returned the truck it was the same thing. Nobody came outside with me to review the conditions of the truck or confirm the gas level. I waited several hours for my reservation to be completed and get a receipt. After call several times after returning the truck to have my reservation closed out I finally called customer service to find out when I would ultimately receive my receipt. I would never rent from there again.

Nasty and rude attendant, not a self pick up you always have to go inside to the gas station counter, they don’t have drop off box or locks to get your key when doing the rental online. Will not recommend

I downloaded the app so that I wouldn't have to go to the counter due the language barrier. The app didn't work and kept saying I wasn't at the location. I had to go in to the location and it took 40 minutes to get my pick up truck rental. The attendant didn't give me the hand truck I had asked for, and a larger one instead, which cost more. When I returned the vehicle, she would not give me a receipt to document the time I returned and I am worried about the charge. Both women at this location did not speak English and I could not understand them. I would like for someone to call me regarding this rental.

Pick up truck was clean for the most part with exception of the windshield. It had dried mud or maybe cement substance on it, which the windshield wipers could not wash off. Besides that, all good!
