I did not want to receive the first equipment because it was extremely dirty and full of dirt inside and the second and less dirty I had to pay $ 25 to clean the oil stains that the previous client left on the floor, a disaster.MANUEL M.
I waited in line for 30 minutes. When I got to the register, the associate told me that , as per her supervisor, at this location it was mandatory for me to purchase the insurance. I explained to her that I had done everything online the night before, including the checkout. In other words, I had submitted my I.D., chosen my insurance option, confirmed my pick up location & time, and paid with my credit card all online. The cashier insisted that she need my ID (understandable), but also my credit card and mandated that I pay and extra $20 for insurance or they wouldn't give me the vehicle. While I was getting my papers, she took another UHaul rental customer. As a result, I had to wait in line AGAIN until she completed his transaction. I pleaded with her that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, and was about to miss my appointment for picking up the item for which I had rented the truck in the first place. Her response to me was, "That's not my problem. You left", referencing the fact that I had to go back to my vehicle to get the documents she requested. After waiting in line a second time, I had less than 3 minutes to make it to my appointment. In short, I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I have used UHaul before and probably will use them again in the future. But I will never do business at this location again. Also, I will be looking closely at my bank statement to make sure that I wasn't charged twice for the vehicle!Monique W.

I for now on will recommend this U-Haul Rental Dealership over any Official U-Haul Rental Dealership I've ever used in South Florida ever. The Attendant was so nice, kind, and courteous. The equipment was clean, gassed up fully, the driving of the truck was No Problems at all, the truck was adequately maintained for a safe and complete drive mission, Thank You For Being So Kind, Honest and Professional. Too many hidden or extra charges... I can't dispute the mileage but I don't believe I drive that much. Either way I expected to pay $30 and ended up paying $54Mauricio A.
To begin with I was handed a piece of paper and told to sign without even having seen the truck I was about to receive. When I asked to check the mileage and the condition of the truck before signing I was giving an attitude. Not to mention the 35 minutes I had to wait while consumers purchased gas and other grocery items. Then when I finally sat in the truck and started it the check engine sign was on. Luckily the side mirrors were pushed in so I had to dismount to prop them open. I say luckily because at this point I realized that there was a cat underneath the wheel well of the truck. I informed the attendant who didn't seem surprised at all and offered me a stick so that I could lay on the floor and try to remove the cat myself. Given the current state of the world you can imagine how much stress and aggravation this caused me.If you check your records you'll see just how many times I have had to rent a truck this month. I have many future projects but I don't for see ever renting a U-Haul again. Thank you for allowing me to express my concerns I wish you well and hope you can rectify the situation.Roberto R.

Oil, dirt, screws and bolts, sticks, leafs etc on the floor of the trailer. My feet kept slipping and I almost dropped the motorcycle due to the oil. The woman who hooked the trailer up to my truck does not know what she is doing and as I pulled out on to the main street, the trailer came loose from my truck.teddy S.

I was advised all the process would be thru my phone, but when I submitted the payment I had to go inside the gas station store with this pandemic I was trying to avoid social contact but I was forced by your system, then this store didn't accept credit card payment, it was with the same card that is debit too but I didn't want to put my PIN, the gas fueling, same thing, not credit card and pay inside with a PIN, this store is not reliable, specially with this COVID 19.MARIA C.
First, the location I had agreed to drop off the truck and car hauler was a gas station. The gas station staff was rude as they asked me to park the car hauler in a parking spot and remove it from the truck and park the truck in a separate parking space. The parking spots were small and the staff left me by myself to park it without them proving assistance. I told the guy that parking it were he was asking me to park was difficult but he said to take my time and go back inside the gas station when I got it done. He walked away and didn't provide any assistance. After finally getting this done I went inside to let him know it was done and he said everything was good to go. I asked for a receipt and he said I would get an email. I never got the email. I called U-Haul customer service to ask for the receipt and was informed they changed the location and that I was supposed to take the truck somewhere else. I had to wait about an hour to speak to someone. They said they would send someone to the gas station to inspect the truck and then they would send me an email with the receipt. I am still waiting for the receipt and when I call I have to wait for ever to get someone on the line. I have not been able to talk to anyone to provide me a receipt.Erick C.
