The owner is rude and requires too much info from U-Haul customers. Her attitude was inline with what other U-Haul customers reported online. I'm glad I read it to avoid extra fees due to her inefficiency and bad attitude.

Called the place before dropping off the truck. The shop owner sounded bothered by us asking. the shop attendantstated that she did not think she had space to park the truck!! Seriously?.Once he arrived tithe store we were Told o park the truck on the back. People attending were rude.

John AI made my reservation on line and when I got to USA Grocers, it was incorrect. He had to cancel and then redo the contract. When I went to load the truck the front and back end were dirty and I had to clean it out. I got charge an extra $25.48 that I have called about but the wait time is too long. Hopefully I can get this resolved. Unfortunately you will probably lose a customer since I had a previous bad experience with Uhaul and when I used Penske I don't have issues. They unfortunately did not have a truck when I needed it. I hope this will help you maintain your business since I am a business owner myself. Happy Thanksgivng!!

Michael RI did everything threw the app instead of have the lady working the register of store. Which looked and felt like. A. P.O.S. Gas station. If she helped me in anyway. I probably would have been there for 2 hours. When I did drop off three another app provided it took 20 min. The lady didn’t seem like she. Had a clue. But all worked out well

waveline sGreat owner but, the truck was dirty with scratches dents scuffs all over the truck with multiple areas x’d and other areas not. The cab of the truck was filthy with dirt and grime everywhere. Their were old bed sheets in the cab (grey) you can see in the picture sent upon pick up. The back of the. Uhaul had dirt all in the inside and scratches and scuffs everywhere. This was by far the worst uhaul I have ever rode in or used.

Rod MI did not know where to park so I pulled on the side and went in. Waited over 10 minutes before someone even said anything to me. He asked where I parking I told him and he said to move it and park out back. (you don't park out front) How am I supposed to know. I told him he can move it. I just want to get the Uhaul back. He said it is the customers responsibility to park in the back lot. I have used Uhaul many times and after check in they always have moved the vehicle. When I came back from parking he said I was rude and impatience. When I tried to tell him the mileage and fuel, he said just go I will do it myself. This guy was a total jerk and would never recommend this place to anyone. Then he charged me for dropping at the wrong location when the guy at the pick up location told me to drop it anywhere in my destination.

Uhauls website could not find my location to close out my rental online even after several phone calls to uhaul. Once i got it to find me, it would not advance any farther and accept the many pics it required. Another phone call waiting time. She finally answered and said for us to just leave it there and she would fix it. I am DONE with uhaul. Hours of frustration for nothing and no apologies or concessions for their problems.
Ken HThe location sells bongs and kratom, which I believe is synthetic marijuana. Just not the greatest atmosphere to be doing business with U-Haul. If you’re into that then I guess it’ll be a great experience for you.
James RThe people at the location were very nice. The only problem I had was your customer service representative’s when I called your 1800 number. I needed assistance in changing a drop off location and they were all very rude and flat out told me no! I rented this truck to move my things to another town and was told I had to drive the truck back 45 minutes to where I rented the truck at. That is ridiculous!! The town I moved to had 3 uhaul places I could’ve returned it to! This experience was terrible!! So what’s the point of calling your customer service line if they can’t help you at all!! Do better uhaul. This was the first time I rented a uhaul and this is the LAST time I will rent from uhaul!!! I didn’t appreciate the attitude I got in response and I didn’t like the absolutely no help whatsoever!!!

CARLOS MLocation offers no assistance MOL go out back in the sandy field with 18" grass, find the trailer with this number and take it...Return it and basically was the reverse...No inspection, no assistance...Clerk was not able to check trailer in on computer, suggested I call Uhaul to get it straight, which i did...multiple calls before getting a person, was disconnected, finally given a regional phone number to assist me by the person who i finally reached...Made that call when I was disconnected during a transfer attempt, This person thankfully offered to call the rental location and help get it straight. Never heard anymore, but did get an emailed receipt, so I assume all is over... This was a nightmare from the start...I filled out everything online, made the reservation at Rodney's in Lake Placid Res# 20894574, Arrived at the agreed time and was told, the woman that does Uhaul did not come to work and nobody else can help me. Understand we were moving that day, and on a timeline that did not allow for putting the rental off another day or longer until the right person came to work....Got on the phone, took about an hour, was disconnected several times and finally got to a person to discuss the situation....He was helpful, searched area, found another trailer, cancelled the original reservation, made a new one and sent me to USA Grocers...There I lost another 30-45 minutes because only one person working at the store, and while she was courteous and helpful, she was constantly having to assist customers at the counter while I waited for her to complete the rental. I go out back, alone and located the trailer, between a uhaul truck and another trailer...at an angle when last dropped, maybe 6" of clearance on each side to squeeze the trailer our through. I then realize there is not way to back under the coupler, because there is no hand crank jack to raise the tongue...So alone, I am expected to lift the tongue, probably 100 or so pounds of tongue weight, and drag/swivel the entire trailer through high grass and sand enough to get it over my ball.....send your best man out and lets see him do it...Of course I had the 90# girl in the store that I could ask for help....LOL....I got it done, and removing it when I returned was a challenge as well for all the same reasons...Was not comfortable anyone actually looked at the trailer for damage, or verified I returned it. If stolen or damaged 5 mins after I left it, I am sure I would be on the hook...This whole event was horrendous, you need to Vet your sub dealers better, and certainly need to put jacks on the bigger trailers,,,Not likely I will look to Uhaul as a first choice in the future, if this is what I can expect....
JOHNWALLACE MYou need to provide drop off area that are not full and not make the customers drive around to a different location. Best thing is to provide the complete information.
