THOMAS LLimited parking, upgrade your computer systems, they were running intermittently and slow the day. I rented a van. Customer service was very good.
Guy RThe girl at the front desk was very rude I had to park across the agree of a busy road. On someone eles property to park my car. She messaged me that my car was going to be towed so I had to drive back and drive and pay extr miles. I would not recommend this place!

TANYA DHave all my rental equipment in one place. I had to go to two locations to pick up the rentals. They had me in a bigger truck, didn't need it. This cost me precious time, and frustration. Even though this location was fantastic, just know that they do not have the equipment together for you. I spent over an hour at second location to pick up my car hauler. They drug the trailer out of the weeds and then had to air up the tire and repair one of the wires. It should have been out and ready to go.

Loretta NAfter picking up the truck and getting to my location the truck wouldn’t start check engine light came up, had to call roadside and spent 30 minutes on the phone. Very unsatisfied and will not be renting again.

Josue LPeople in office was nice. Van was dirty inside, windshield inside was filthy. Right turning signal didn’t work, wiper fluid was empty, wipers needed replaced, side door latch didn’t work. Told them oil maintenance light came on on our way back. We had this van for 8 days and spent a lot of money for the shape of the van.

Claribel JChose N/A for #3 because everything was great here until closeout. Friendly clerk became "odd". When I had called to let him know we were moving out, he was friendly. "No problem, I will take care of sweeping it out,just wave let me know you are leaving". Then, when returning rental truck - "oh, I found ten nails in storage area". We had no clue where they would have come from, mostly household items stored. Then, the truck box wasn't "clean". My husband 2 two small pieces of paper, picked them up. Guy was like, oh I would have taken care of that. Don't know what the point of any of this was. Up until this time, guy was SUPER FRIENDLY, great person.
