How U-Haul Reviews WorkI do not have anything to offer in this section.
Robbin SDrop-off went smoothly and without any problems. My main concern with the rental was being charged for an additional miles that were incurred solely from driving the truck unload location to drop-off location. These miles are a necessary part of a one-way rental, yet they were treated as extra. There was no discussion upon drop off, and I was later told I should have called ahead to be proactive. U-Haul knows that transporting trucks between its locations generates mileage. This should already be factored into the one-way rental process and clearly explained to customers, instead of resulting in unexpected charges.
ERIK PLove the security.
