The drop of sign was small and in a side street. Impossible to see unless you know what to look for. The single employee was belittling me when I didn't park on the right spot. Very annoying and respectful.

I reserved 2 furniture dollies and they had 0. This made moving my furniture very difficult and took more time. When I asked to do a one way trip as a way to offset this inconvenience it wasn't even considered. When I returned with the moving blankets I rented, I was asked to fold them - this seemed strange so I asked if they were being washed between uses as we are in the middle of a pandemic and they said no. Pretty unbelievable with everything going on and I imagine the trucks are not being sanitized between uses either.

The night check in process was too complicated- I didn't remember my account info and couldn't figure out how to check in - stood in the parking lot for 1/2 hour !!

I reserved my vehicle online and also ordered 2 sets of moving blankets. i asked about the blankets during my checkout and the lady told me they were in the back of the truck. I drove away to my home and opened the back to put a few things in it and there were no blankets. I drove the truck back to the location and asked them about it and they said they didn't have any. So I wasted about 10 miles driving back and forth to get the blankets and I didn't get an apology. I had to go to a different location to rent blankets. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

I've been to this U-Haul location several times during my move, and the staff is always courteous, helpful and overall great! Moving is stressful, especially during a pandemic, and the folks here have only made it easier for me. I'm very grateful for the professionalism and service. Thank you!

I have used U-haul so many times I have lost track. I have rented trucks, trailers, storage pods, and storage units. I have never had a bad experience until I did this last truck rental. The customer service was rude and the man was degrading. I will never ever come back to this facility. I was truly so astounded by the person's rudeness and lack of patience to answer what questions I had.

If its a Saturday have more than one person working especially in the afternoon. We returned the truck, line was out the door, finally moved up and a lady who paid cash was waiting for a refund that should have been quick but instead took 20 minutes bc the person who quoted her quoted her wrong. They put 20 miles total instead of 26 miles each way which is what the customer said and then she had to pay 65 dollars extra for someone else's mistake which is unfair.

Customer service was atrocious. The guy had no people skills. Didn't catch his name. He checked us in and out. When we left he told us to leave the car running and went off. We sat in the car for about 15 mins before I got out to ask if we were okay to leave. He was okay during check out just not friendly. I can deal with that if Uhaul can.

The pick up of additional items Like the furniture dolly could be clearer and at the check out attendants could of been more customer proactive. Example: I parked in front, in one of rental spots because there were no open spots in Customer parking, came in and asked where do I grab the moving pads and dolly from? The attendance response was for me to move my car and wait for 3 people to get checked out. 15 minutes later when it my turn I ask the same question and his answer was “there in the next room, take what you ordered”. Answering my initial question instead of Solely being focused on where I parked would of saved me 20 minutes.

I dropped the rental truck off with a full tank and without damage. Attendant said he would email me my receipt and charges. I've been home for 90 minutes and no receipt. How do I get the receipt of charges and $200.00 refund?

Customer service was amazing. When the vehicle i was picking up was not back at the time my reservation was for they suggested a different vehicle that ended up being the better option in the end. Also responded to an online message immediately making my entire experience less stressful.

I needed the U-Haul for 5 hours. I arrived at 9am and began checking in. It took 45 minutes for the UI of the online check-in service to await approval only for my info to be unable to verify. I ended up having to check-out in the office. Additionally I was told I needed to have the vehicle returned by 2pm as it was reserved. If a customer needs the U-haul for 5 hours, do not consume one of those hours just trying to check-out the vehicle. Terrible, rushed experience.

The vehicle cab itself could have used a better cleaning. Appreciate the staff member coming out and checking on the checkin process. The app worked great.

The contact free check in and out was well thought out and fairly easy to use. The equipment was well maintained and provided the service we needed. The $19.95 listed on vans and small trucks for a day usage is a bit misleading. By the time insurance and mileage is added, my total came to $77, so be prepared to pay more than $20.

Make sure truck is cleaned an also sanitized especially with the pandemic. Employees who don't care about others of there growth and safety shouldn't be working. Employees need to take some pride in the way they do there job.

Thank you so much! The gas was not full and the app wasnt working so Alexis wrote on the paper but then i just got back by the skin of my teeth and the pace was closed so didnt talk to a person, just returned with app. It wanted to charge me like $97 but then I got a nice email from a lovely female but deleted it so cant tell you her name! And I just got charged like under $60 which i thought was fair, with the gas. Basically, thank you Uhaul!!! Moved some furniture and it worked out great, SO nice to be able to do that.

I think your company moto is "Not My Fault." Or maybe it is "Not My Job." Perhaps it is "I Didn't Do That." I can't really tell. Because each time I interact with UHaul, this is all I hear. Any everything is always screwed up and ends up costing way more than the original price because the reservations are changed to make me drive all over the place. It is as if the reservation folks do this on purpose as a form of bait and switch. Just screw up the reservation enough that you cost each customer an extra $50 or $100. That adds up with a large company like UHaul. I think the Attorney General might need to look into it. Anyway, my experience was that and the company moto was repeated in every instance to the point that I wanted to say, "Well what is your job?" What horrible customer service. What a horrible system. Logistics are completely out of control. I will only use this company out being forced where I have no other alternative. Even then, I may choose just to walk my whole house from one town to the next. That might be more pleasant!

The back of the truck was clean, ( we could smell the cleaning solution when we opened the door), the cab, however, was filthy. Smelled like smoke, splatters of ‘something' on roof lining, empty sports drink under seat, along with a used mask and receipt from previous renter.

I prebooked the truck to do self check out of it prior to the shop opening. When I arrived at my scheduled time the website told me my reservation was updated and I needed to be helped in person when the shop opened. I was not informed of this ahead of time and had movers pre booked based on the time I was supposed to pick up the truck.

everything went well day of, but I was notified after 9 pm on Friday night that there would be no truck for me on Saturday morning at 9:30 am as I requested and that the only option for me was Sunday at 3:30 pm. This was really stressful as I started my new job Monday. It would be nice to contact people earlier in the day so they have more time to make other arrangements, contact those helping them move etc.

I called for details and I was told the price for the truck was going to be 29.95.(Not 99.95 as quoted in website)He then told me also there is a 100.00 deposit that is returned after the truck is returned the same as when it left.He said about 129.00,Mary,my father(82)&I then asked the same question "the 100 is returned then also?"He said yes and we continue with credit card for reservation. When we arrive a youngman who barely spoke took our contract and gave us a total of 126.00.We tell what we were quoted and try to differentiate whom the employee was on the phone but he only ignored or didn't hear so we say again lounder.Once again head shakes and silence.It obviously wasn't our clerk so we opt for optimism and honesty and follow him to our truck.He checks all his boxes and Mary asks "which key is to the doors are they separate and solence.Off he goes without an answer again. Upon return we are given $13.16 back of our "$100 refundable deposit and muttered something of mileage and given our printout. My father is 82 and heard the man on the phone tell us twice ballpark, out of pocket price.$129.95 $100 deposit returned given no damage. as he was on speaker for daddy to approve.He got $13.15 of his $126.00 back.The word Mileage was never mentioned and that is pretty much 1/3 to of the contract.Hmmm he did however take a moment on the phone to describe to us as to why we should reserve now right then on the phone when I said to him we'd like to confirm and call back.He was nice helpful he gave us the info we asked him it was just missing an important detail the customer should be informed of BEFORE reserving,paying and returning.Your word is your word and my father is a handshake man.It was the employees oversight and when we tried to ask the men the day of pickup which one we talked to on the phone nobody spoke or even made eyecontact.I guess the nice man wasn't there?.....

The process to return the truck was very difficult as I had to do all on my phone while personnel stood nearby giving me instructions. Safe distancing is understandable regarding COVID, but I would have preferred that the personnel checked mileage, and gas levels. It was all very strange to be given instructions with seemingly hands-off attitude.

Stop giving people reservations from the 1-800 place. They gave us a place and time that met our needs, then we get there and they tell me that I can't have the truck for 8 hours because they've already reserved it for someone else in 6 hours. I told them that our reservation is for 8 hours, and they told me, there wasn't anything they could do, they only do 6 hour rentals. So we didn't get the truck back on time because in an email to me from uhaul themselves, they got our reservation fixed and we could keep it for 8 hours. From 7pm to 3am. No! We reserved it from 7am to 4pm. So anyhow. We got screwed. We were charged a total of 618.00. We will NEVER ever rent from uhaul again. Uhaul used to be a professional place to walk in to. Not anymore. We use uhaul alot, we did, use uhaul alot. We will never make that mistake again. And I will never recommend uhaul to anyone I know. Maybe you should go back to the good old days the customer was your top priority. Now it seems its just trying to get 3 rentals on one truck in per day. Too bad. Your business C ant survive like this. I will rent from someone else from now on. Thank you.
