ANNA MI had made a reservation for a truck and trailer to transport one of my vehicles, and the process proceeded smoothly until the moment I received the truck. I was explicitly informed that the vehicle contained a quarter tank of fuel. However, upon entering the cab and glancing at the gauge, it was unmistakably positioned at the empty marker. Mere moments after driving off the lot, the low-fuel warning light illuminated, prompting a frantic search for the nearest gas station that nearly resulted in an accident. I was compelled to purchase $65 worth of gasoline, which only elevated the tank to slightly above the halfway point—an utterly exasperating and avoidable ordeal.

BEATRICE PThe big issue was the windshield was covered in condensation and the defroster didn’t help. It would be very dangerous to try driving as you couldn’t see. I wiped it as best I could with my coat, but you should have someone wipe it down or provide a cloth.

RODNEY ODon't have the customer be outside returning equipment and letting them sit in the vehicle they are returning and then go and help someone else by letting the one before get passed up. It's rude and have them waiting for almost 45 minutes.. I have never had anyone from Uhaul ever pass me when customers are waiting. Your employees need to learn better manners than that. Especially in the pouring rain. I will go to some other Uhaul for now on and late on apologize is not acceptable

ANTIONE MHelp customer set the side mirrors, ours kept popping out of where we needed it to be, before finally going into place.
JEFFREY SI was told to use their app, where I was to take pictures of the van before I left the lot. It asked me to take a picture of the roof and I was ready to scream. I had to talk to the attendant three times about it. How am I supposed to take a picture of the roof? Should I have rented the UHaul ladder so I could get up there? He told me just to hold my phone up high and take a picture, it wasn't working. After having to restart the app three times I was ready to walk off the lot.

MAJEL TStaff were friendly and truck was decent. They marked the gas as 7/8ths on my paperwork when it was only 2/3rds full. I took a pic of the mileage and gas gauge when I picked it up but didn’t check what they marked the gas at on my paperwork before I drove off. When it was time to drop it off I looked at the paperwork and my picture and realized they were scamming me but rather than try to argue I just won’t rent here again and am leaving a review to let people know.

DARLENE TThe truck i rented had a major issue. The key wouldnt come off the ignition. It could have been a huge disaster for me if i didnt have people with me that was able to remove the key. I had to do several stops and was unable to remove the key myself 90% of the time. In addition, the truck back opening door was uneven and hard to open.
CONSUELO GThe guy wasn’t very professional. I had the thing for 30 minutes and he goes over this truck inch by inch. Finds the smallest of scratches so he can charge me 150 deductible. I will honestly never use a uhaul again.

My main complaint is with the rental checklist link, taking pictures of each side of the vehicle was slow and clunky and I have no idea how I was realistically expected to take a picture of the roof. It felt like it was going to be a gotcha when I returned it. I don't know that I would rent from you guys again. Especially since I didn't have the option to pay the extra few dollars for the full coverage safe move insurance on the cargo van. It felt pretty scammy

Passion FI was VERY pleased with the customer service I received! I believe it was Jaiden A, who was the employee who helped me and he was awesome, respectful, helpful and … did I say AWESOME? The only suggestion I have would be just a short introduction to the the new features of the new vans! I don’t think I ever managed to figure out how to set the mirrors but I did figure out most everything else! I ♥️d the new van… easy to drive; smooth ride and I even managed to get it into a tight parking spot! Great experience over all… Thak you, Jaiden & U-Haul! - Patrice PB

Linda YLow tire pressure alert as soon as I got in. Guy said it's just a sensor, you're good. Was a bit nerve racking, but I believe in God and made it ok. Wish he'd switched trucks for me. Received my receipt and saw they had charged me 2nd day of rental and insurance because the person waited to long into the day to check in the truck I'd dropped off the night before. Now I have to wait for the manager to process a refund for those 2 things and my unused miles. It's Sunday and the manager isn't in until Monday. Fair. However, the complete nonchalant way the same guy handled the mistake and condition of the truck means I won't return to this location again. I will also call 1st thing in the morning to confirm drop off if I ever drop off over night. I was too stressed already trying to help my kid move.

Paul CI was quoted $89 for 3 days, 28 miles. At pickup I was charged $150. At dropped off for 80 total miles I was charged an extra $50, @ .18 cents per mile for 80 miles is not 50 dollars.
