The uhaul had no ac. Can feel the heat fro. The engine in ur face. Ac did not work at all nor did the radio. Went to pick it up the truck was a dirty didnt mind. But when I returned it they wanted to charge me. I had to let them know when I first picked up. The lady who checked it out to me. She had to clean the front real quick with fabulouso. And. Wipe down in the driver side and shot gun thr was gloves and trash in it. But wanted to charge me for the back but the back was dirty as well no one cleaned it. The lady I got the truck from was nice. They lady that checked in to was rude. And wanted to jus charge me and didnt believe me till she called the girl who helped me. Smh

Milton CContacted me three different times to change my reservation location, time, and truck. Did not offer any reasonable solutions like a discount for the inconvenience of it all. My reservation included two furniture dolly’s and upon arrival to pick up, I was informed that they only had one available for me. The entirety of the reservation was completely unreasonable and ridiculous.

I was wrongly accused of attempting to steal a truck, despite having a confirmed reservation for a future date. Staff members repeatedly accused me of theft and even threatened my wife, stating that they would have me arrested. This conduct was unacceptable and unprofessional.

LUIS TI had the worse experience not with the location in Cudahy but with the one on Atlantic in East Los Angeles. I would not recommend renting from U haul it’s a horrible customer service I had my reservation to pick up at 6 am at the ELA location I got there and was there for an 1 hour trying to get the keys. There where no keys left for us at that location I was send to Cudahy to pick up over there I was able to drive off at 8:30 am it took me 2 1/2 hours to get the truck with 3 of my workers with me doing nothing but I still have to pay them by the hour. Horrible experience with Uhaul
Ever AI was told we get charged per mile , Not per day . Big mistake . I extended the rental for 3 days . But milage was local not far . I feel like I got played . Dont make the mistake I made . Return the truck back the same day guys . Verry disapointed @Uhaul for not breaking down the costs .

It seems like every location has this problem. Also have a lobby. Waiting around a bunch of heavy equipment is not very relaxing environment.

Jesus GI am very upset I scheduled the U-Haul 3 day in advance for 6:00 AM just to be sent to two other locations because no one had my equipment ready. I lost an hour of work time and had to cancel the movers I hired! This was very unprofessional, very stressful and such an inconvenience.
