Because the truck was advertised for $19.95. I brought it back on time. I was charged $78. He played like he was going to give me $22 back. It didn't happened. I won't use this company and your fake advertising

the 26' trucks here need to be retired. they just sound rough and one of them the lights flicker if you hit the smallest of bumps.

Dont do recommendations. Staff are courteous and competent. Mask wearing is apparently optional and not adhered to by staff. Apparently they don;t care about their customer's wellfare.

First off the company needs to let customers know everything. I did a online reservation and got to the location and couldn't even rent the vehicle because I was doing a one way, but no one informed me of that prior. The cashiers were rude. They didn't even acknowledge or greet us upon entering, I had to ask who do I go to and what I was there for. I ended up having to go to Bossier City which was not in my plans and delayed me even more and they actually had the truck but not the equipment. I got the same nothing said upon entering this location. No Hello, no anything & again I had to ask is this where I need to be? I asked the cashier while we went over the contract could I b charged anything or how does this work with the mileage. He stated that since I was going out of state that what I pay is what I pay, that I wouldn't owe anything or be reimbursed anything for miles. I have called and talked the multiple uhaul reps and it has all been a waist of my time. One rep kept me on the phone for over 30 mins and told me she would give a $50 credit and then put me on hold and came back just to say well no I can give you a 15$ voucher. I definitely want be using this service again. It is horrible, & then y'all wanna charge another 20$ when y'all have already got well over $430

Really dissatisfied with your online verification and pick up procedures. I thought it would make it easier and quicker instead it was time consuming and wasted so much time just to get my equipment that I ended up cancelling my order while I was at the pick up location and was tempted to go to another rental company. I had sent in pictures of my license and every price of information that you had asked then you asked to have a copy of my “passport” which I don't carry around with me or another person to call which I provided a number and since that person wasn't able to answer your call you would not allow me to get my truck. That's UNACCEPTABLE! I ended up getting the same truck from the same location in person and it was hassle free. Your online process is not consumer friendly and ineffective to the point that you will be losing customers over it.

Customer service was horrible. Manager was rude, unfriendly, smelled like he chained smoked, looked run down and was unkept. Building and lobby was also filthy. There needs to be a helper or the manager needs to be replaced with a younger person fresh out of college with the drive and motivation to run a business. That current manager is just washed out and has been there too long. This is a rare case where sometimes experience doesn't matter and education may be more suitable for a branch located near a military base with high traffic! I personally will never go back there and will drive another 30 minutes to go to another branch that has more upbeat vibrant people!

The associate was very nice and professional. He was in need of help and we have to wait a lot,however he had a good attitude and knowledge about what he was doing. To the management: uou should have 2 persons on a Sunday. We had to wait until he refilled 4 or 5 gas tanks. Our app reservation did not worked or is too much instructions to read and followed. It was complicated!

1st representative was extremely rude, the 2nd one completely creepy, asking inappropriate questions. When checking out the truck i was told no charges apply if the tank is in the top quarter, the person even highlighted it on the fuel gage picture, then I was chaged 13 dollars because it was not full. Never coming back.

I came in and reserved a 25 foot truck a car dolly and a trailer for a motorcycle, the next day when I went to pick everything up he gave me a smaller truck no trailers and a in town round trip instead of a one way like I repeatedly asked for, I believed everything was in order for the truck except when I went to turn in the truck at the location I said they had no idea I was supposed to turn my truck in there, this is how I found out it was not a one way, it was the manager at the pickup location who did this and he did it on purpose aparently to get more money for his store.

The guy that waited on us was grumpy!!! He did not go out and walk w us to check the truck over. It has minor damage to it and we took pictures and went back into the facility to show him the damage before we left. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Yall false advertisement online should be taking down! It says you save more time by going through the process of what they ask in the store but when you get there you're asked the same questions that supposedly saves you time. I have no acknowledgment of what was being charge from my card after leaving. I thought that l would have received a receipt in my email.

The computerized check-in was a little complicated and time consuming, but everything else was great. U-haul employee stayed after he was already closed to help me get into truck with the extended hours process.

there was only one glitch in the process. The truck's tank was not on full as indicated to me in the lobby. however, I informed the gentleman in the office, and he corrected the error on the paperwork. I just wonder if I had not have noticed it before I left, would I have been able to convince anyone of that on return. Probably not. Overall great experience though.

Person at drop off appeared bothered that I came at 10 minutes before closing and remote device would not work. Original reservation was for a different location. Showed up there and they didny have the trailer and we had to use this location.

Truck and trailer needed repairs. Used the 24hr drop off received a call at 0730 about not being able to locate the keys. I let him know I placed them in the lock box never received a call back letting me know he got them.
