Everything was good until I tried to return the vehicle. The worker at the location must have been in a bad mood, because he completely ignored me when I tried to do my return. I had to go online to return even though they still had 2 hours until close. Then the online experience wouldn't load (kept returning me to the previous screen) so I ended up having to call to complete the return. Equipment was fine and everything was as expected except for the rude experience at the end.

Showed up at this location to drop off trailer, she said I needed to go to another one a mile or so down the road or I would get charged double, people at the next drop off location were very friendly. all went well

Tried to drop equipment off at one location and the employee working was very rude and said he was not accepting equipment that we had to bring it to another location.

Owner seemed more concerned with “protecting his equipment” than renting a trailer. Even after having a copy of my drivers license, he wanted a name and phone number of someone he could contact if I didn’t return the trailer. So, I gave him my wife’s name and number. He actually called her with her sitting in the vehicle waiting for me. Then he took pictures of the way he hooked the trailer to my vehicle, but none of the trailer itself. The link I got had expired by the time I received it. When I returned the trailer. He wanted to check to see if the lights were working. Why? He also implied that if I didn’t pay the $8.00 insurance fee, that he would find something wrong when I returned the trailer. In short, the next time I rent a trailer, I will go elsewhere.

Brandon and Daniel were very accommodating explained everything very well were very patient was s rain very busy day but they stayed right on point helping everyone in a very good timely manner booking and pick up so smooth. Returned item to U-Haul in Irving Texas.

I rented a 26 ft truck when I got in to take it to the house for moving the cab was unclean and reaked of cigarettes. The gas gauge they gave and when I got the truck was different . I drove the truck 10 miles and stopped 1 mile from return location and pumped in 6 gallons of gas which put the truck just over 1/2 full. I do not know if this a scam this location pulls but 9/16 of a tank of gas was not what they gave me when picked up. I have learned a valuable lesson of taking pics of everything the next time I rent a truck but I’m pretty sure I will not be renting from uhaul and definitely never again from that location.

I received a text telling me to drop off the trailer at a location on Gould Street in Bossier City. I tried but there was no one on location, therefore I returned to my neighborhood location. I suggest you QUIT telling customers where to drop off and allow to drop off at their choice and closest location. My neighbor hood location has always been very accommodating and offered superb customer service.

The drop off location was extremely friendly and helpful. I did call the U-Haul 800 number prior to drop off as I needed to change drop off locations. The person on the front phone was not at all helpful and not very friendly. She couldn’t provide any help whatsoever and this quite frankly soured my opinion and experience with U-Haul. I told my wife I would never be quilts of using U-Haul again after that interaction. The people at the Barksdale drop off were very helpful and accommodating. They changed my opinion again and Only because of them will I use U-Haul again in the future.

Have the correct amount of equipment or don’t offer it. Be more organized so people do not have to wait an extra hour because I was given the wrong lock code for my 24/7 pickup.
