In and out fast. Nice clean truck
Michael PThis was the best Uhaul experience I ever had. From pick up to return both gals that assisted me were absolutely outstanding - friendly, competent and efficient. They made the transition smooth and simple. It's not often you see service like this these days so when you do, it stands out!
Terry OThe customer service and the transactional experience was excellent. It took a minute to get the car and half a minute to just drop it off. No waiting in line, no waste of time. They even brought the truck in the front and it was super smooth. The quality of the truck itself was really bad. The engine was completely worn out hardly able to pick up any speed. Engine light was on. Brakes were nearly gone too. I felt very uneasy driving the vehicle which I think should have been retired long ago.
Zain JCustomer service at the desk was lacking. One of the staff members in particular had a noticeable non-professional, poor attitude. The others I encountered that day were very unfriendly, and left me feeling as though I was significantly inconveniencing them for being there.
Brendan HRip you off on gas gauge reading then charge for extra gas, had to wait ckose to an hour for check in as only 1 person. End of the month guys!!!
Cheryl ZKindness and respecting the customers would go a long way. Customers are not necessarily familiar to whole process, fees, etc. I don't think it would only fair if you walk them through that respectfully.

rob mI was charged an additional amount of money it was corrected but when I got to my location they put in a route that I was not able to take so I went over in miles and owed an additional $90. Extremely disappointed.
Ashley MWe drove 30miles and it took 30 liters to refill? Obviously this truck was not full when we got it. Nothing like having a floating fill line.
Ryan DThe truck had a check engine light on as soon as I drove it away. Brought it back and was told it happens to most truck and not to worry. Was nervous driving the truck.

Martin GPicking up and dropping off this dolly took 20-30 mins each. I timed it and it takes about 10-15 mins to serve each customer so with two agents and 4 customers in line it's not surprising. You seriously need to simplify your processes or hire more staff on Fridays and weekends.

Walter GI have been dealing with this location for about 10 years, and they are alway fabulous! I did feel that the steering on the truck was a little loose, but it sure got our big job done.
marnie hI Was charged a clean up fee and was not allowed to sweep more to satify girl at desk i even brough my own broom and she would not let me clean i more to satisfy her i was charged 25 i should have kept it another day for the same money and droped it when better sales agent was there I will try and avoid using u haul as much now very petty experience

Bill TPoor communication -handed off between staff with no explanation. No review of contract just handed a paper and staff disappeared. Expected to use app that didn’t work. I like U-Haul as a company but compared to Gatineau experience, this left a lot to be desired.
Jeanine KThe after hours return process was irritating. Had to download an app to be able to do the return. You have to turn on location services to get it to work. All of which would have been good to know when we picked up.
Nina RTruck was in poor shape mechanically, but that’s pretty standard with U-Hauls. Check engine light was on and flashing when accelerating. Staff were great, shop was clean. Check-in process with staff seemed slower than it needed to be

Corey MThe cab of the truck had an strong dirty smell. The truck had damage to the passenger door. The overall cleanliness of the truck was poor. I have seen other fleets that actually show some pride in the vehicle condition. Picking up the vehicle took longer than it should have, i waited for 30 minutes. The return of the vehicle was quick and painless. I will not rent from this site again.
Stephen FThis is 'nit-picky' because overall, it was an awesome rental experience; the column shifter on the ford chassis had very vague indents for reverse and drive...that's it! Oh yeah... dealing with Ben upon return was incredible! You'll want to keep him as an employee!

Louise HNo complaints, only issue I noticed was that the truck was in need of a wheel alignment, steering wheel is off around 15 degrees to the left when wheels are facing straightforward. No problems with drivability for the customer, just will wear the tires out a little faster

Mario RThe trailer was not clean when I initially inspected it. However, there was no hesitation on the part of the the U-Haul yard man to clean it. He swept it out and also mopped the floor. So in the end and after only a few minutes of delay, the inside of the trailer was clean and ready to go. Very good customer service by the U-Haul yard man.
