The pickup was good but the drop off was terrible. The guy expected me to back a trailer in the yard with trailers everywhere. I asked him if they had something to move trailers and he said U-Haul doesn’t provide anything. I won’t be going back, if they don’t know what safety is and not have trailers everywhere.literally the trailers where everywhere and it wasn’t safe to be backing in and around other trailers

I had a tough time finding it when I needed to. The windshield wipers need to be checked before sending a customer out. My wiper blades were worn and it became a visibility risk while driving.

Jesus RThe rental process should include the rep showing you where the vehicle is. I was given keys and told it’s outside, big place! Once I found the truck, it was covered in snow and ice. No snow brush or scraper and when asked the rep said they don’t have any. I asked him to clear the snow while the truck warmed up, he found a small flimsy broom and did it. I had expected to have a vehicle ready to go being that I made a reservation. It’d be nice if the vehicle was warmed and ready. A little more customer service would go a long way!

Nancy NPerhaps avoid: We were asked to go outside and then sent inside Being charged for 3 miles over for a 300 mile trip was petty especially when the gas gauge clearly shows that we left more gas than was given. It was a shame the employee was unwilling to try and make a simple adjustment. She showed no initiative to make a customer happy. It was ONLY $3.20 BUT no customer service given. I guess UHAUL always comes out on top. I’m not choosing your company first ever again.

Lee AWas a truly great experience. Beginning with the check-in. I believe the lady’s name was Linda. She was very helpful and friendly. The man outside helped me load the trailer and was very friendly and helpful. When I returned, he again helped me park the trailer and unload it. He then checked me out quickly. Everything was really easy and smooth.

Comfort NMade a reservation online but it took 45 minutes to get the truck because their "system was down". This is the second time this has happened at this location in the past year but this time it took much longer to resolve. The staff were friendly enough and truck was fine once I finally got it, but to have to stand there and wait for 45 mins while they inputted the guys info in front of me like 5-6 times only to have it fail every time was painful. There were several people waiting in line behind me by the time I left and many phone calls went on hold and then unanswered. UHaul get your s**t together!
MICHAEL MWe were redirected to this location after the original location failed to prepare our van for pickup. We tried to escalate the issue to the manager, Valrie, but she was unavailable when we picked up the vehicle. When we called, she said she would return our call within 10 minutes, but we never heard back. We also asked for her again when returning the vehicle, but we were told she was in a crucial meeting—on a Saturday. The customer service and accountability at this location are extremely poor. I would not recommend this location or U-Haul in general.
Ragib SI use the service once a month and over the last year or two it has been amazing. Drop off guy is there most times at the truck everything’s on my credit card I just walk away. Get an invoice done no waiting wasting time I can be in and out even if I don’t pre-book within like 10 minutes or less sometimes I just walk up to the counter and the system is so efficient now whoever is running that location is running it superbly and I will continue to use them and recommend them. I send everyone to that location.
Shane FBilling was a nightmare. Staff couldnt give quote without creating a contract- which took an hour. Staff couldnt do anything without help from a manager. Trailer I rented kept popping off the ball- of a Uhaul truck. When they had issues with equipment and billing, they wanted me to solve it by calling uhaul directly- wasting hours of my time. while I was waiting other people came in complain ing about their billinbg. All the way around shit.

John WI was not able to complete my job as planned because the tie downs on the car trailer were either not working properly on the passenger side and the drivers side was all frayed and not long enough to tie down the car . I did bring my own tie downs so I was able to do half of what I planned to do .

Grant CThere was a bit of a hiccup when I arrived but the two employees were fantastic and got me all set up and on my way. Everyone I encountered there was exceptional and by far more friendly and qualified than any other location I've been to. I would definitely recommend this location.

Michael LThe customer service is non existent. Unless you want to chat for 1/2 hour while your "reservation" is being reviewed so very slowly. Its years of seeing the same woman who doesn't seem to care that people are in a hurry. I am surprised that you accepted her at this location. In other news I can now go back to Barlow for all my rental needs.
